If possible, I'd give American Comfort Heating and Mark a 20. Very professional, Courteous showed my husband and myself what was wrong and how to use the things he installed. He called and let us know he was coming. He was on time, and he cleaned everything up. I very rarely leave reviews but this was one of the best experiences I could ask for! Mark H. was my
point of contact from start to finish! I called him and he came out the same NIGHT not day.. I’ve been without AC all summer because someone else worked on it and couldn’t fix it after my basement flooded. Mark tested my unit throughly and troubleshooted the issue and repaired it within an hour I had ice cold AC AND Hot heat! I couldn’t say anything but good things about him. Very professional, courteous, efficient and customer service skills are top notch! Our family sincerely appreciates it!

This review is being based on the tech that they sent to my home . He was very rude . He was ready to leave as soon as he got there. Than when I explained to him we was told it could be fixed today . He got real hateful saying we shouldn’t have been told that . Than he tried to over price me for a circulating zone pump. But I felt like I couldn’t even ask a question without him being rude. It really had nothing to do with the price I just can’t deal with rude people . I let my daughter hire this company . Next time I think I will do the hiring .
