I was lucky enough to get someone out the same day I called. I was called ahead with the arrival time. He showed up in a company truck clearly marked that I would be certain it was someone from ElectricMasters. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly took care of what I had called for and made sure I understood all that he was explaining to me. I will be giving out his name and number to all my friends and will call him in the future for all my electrical needs. Thanks again Jack.

Jack took my call at 11pm and gave me free advice, and then Kyle was able to help me the next morning after reaching out back to Jack within the hour, Kyle was nothing but professional and personally, would choice their services again in a heartbeat!

Quote explained very well, so I felt more confident about using this company. Then they showed up early for the appointment and had it done in half the time expected. Works exactly as promised and no problems since then. I highly recommend this company for good quality electrical work.

We had a dinning room light go out, and couldn't figure out why. A multimeter was reading only 90 volts at the switches. When I described the issue to the contact at ElectricMasters they already had a hunch it was for a lost neutral. They were able to schedule an inspection that suited my timeframe. When Dave arrived he was very professional, discussed the possibilities on what the issue was, and sociable. It didn't take Dave long to confirm that the issue was a lost negative, quickly found where the issue was, and went the distance to make sure that the switches were repaired and fully functioning. I wouldn't have been able to locate where the issue was because it wasn't where you think it would have been. If I ever need future assistance with home electrical needs, I plan on calling ElectricMasters and asking for Dave!

Hired them to review our house electrical system last year since we had a problem with a circuit. Was VERY VERY happy with their 2 person crew and the price we paid.
So when we bought a whole house surge protector, I automatically called them for professional installation. Their estimate was exorbitant, in my opinion, about $400 an hour, according to others' time estimates. Person who called to explain said price included a "finders fee", yet there was no 'finder', only myself. And they sure didn't offer the fee to me. -
I was very impressed with their professtional manner and the speed with which they finished their job. It was well achieved and satisfactory. They did not charge an arm and a leg either. A job well done! Thank you.

I contracted this company to reattach a power line. As it turned out they only installed a new insulator and told me that the power company needed to reattach the line. It took them about 20 minutes plus the cost of the insulator (which the power company told me probably cost $30) and charged me $360 to screw in the new insulator. My request for a detailed invoice to clarify the charges was ignored twice.

Hired several times now for new house work and for repairs/ upgrades on old house work. Each time my clients and I were very pleased with the work, knowledge, price, and quickness they were in and out. They are professional and make sure they keep the job site clean. I will continue to use them as they keep my clients happy and in return makes my job easier being able to rely on quality work.

They showed up on time and were very professional. Reviewed the entire job with me before they started, cleaned up after they were complete. We ended up not doing a couple of things that were on the original quote, the invoice already had those items removed, no questions asked or attempt to up sell.
Very happy to find a professional service company that treats their customers well.
Highly recommended! -
John and Nehemiah came to replace 2 light fixtures and replaced bulbs in troublesome kitchen fixture! They were friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

We had a small electrical issue in our kitchen, Jack arrived on time and in within minutes had the problem corrected, plus he never charged us for his services. I would use them again and I would advise anyone else to call them. Great service is hard to find no adays. Thanks for everything!

A breaker kept tripping at my house so I had ElectricMasters take a look at it. I got an appointment for a specific time (11am instead of 8 to 12), and the service electrician (Jack) showed up right on time. He assessed the issue, confirmed what was working and what was not, fixed the problem in short order, and charged me a very reasonable fee. Jack is a consummate professional and I can highly recommend him and ElectricMasters, Inc. based on my experience. If I ever need an electrician in the future, I will definitely call them again.

Had a great experience working with Dave. We were having issues with dead outlets and he was able to diagnose, find, and repair the problems quickly and professionally. Estimates were clear, reasonable, and accurate. Everything was professional and top notch.

I used Electricmasters to complete all the electrical installations at our new Micro Roastery in Cincinnati. This included running multiple high voltage lines, outfitting the main coffee shop bar connections, replacing multiple lighting ceiling fixtures and outlets, and upgrading the master panel for the building. The work done was absolutely great! Jack and his team were extremely responsive and made the readiness for the facility very easy from an electrical upgrades point of view. The quality of the work was on point and the customer service was outstanding. If we expand or add a new location to our business we will certainly work with Electricmasters. We highly recommend them.

I had an appointment for a evaluation/quote to be performed. Lady who took my emails, Kim, said that their availability that day was open. We agreed to a 3p time. Nobody showed up by 5p, and they closed their office early to where nobody was available to answer any calls for clarity. She said the next day that each electrician thought the other was gonna meet me. This business apparently doesn't delegate and assign properly for work to be done. Terrible communication. Save your time and go with somebody else.

I used Home Advisor to search for an electrician to install a wall outlet in my garage for my electric car. Electric Masters was recommended and quick to respond to my request. They worked quickly to set me up with a quote appointment. The quote was fair and reasonable. They were also quick to set up an install appointment for me. The gentlemen showed up promptly. They were quick to assess the situation and they worked efficiently to install the outlet. They also cleaned up the work site, so that I hardly knew they had been there. I was also very surprised and thankful to see that they had installed my cable organizer next to the outlet, without being asked. I was very pleased with the work and I will be calling Electric Masters for all of my home electric needs.

They were on time, professional and quick at my electrical needs. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work I needed them to do.

I couldn't be more pleased with Justin,
He will be returning to do some work soon. Overall, very helpful young man and very courtesy.
Thank you Justin -
Called them for a bid on a project and they came out within a few days to check it out. Took them about 5 days to get the bid. It's a big project so that is fast.

They came and gave me an estimate. wanted to tie into my sump pump and then a GFI circuit with a freezer already on it, estimate was @ $400, told them i wasn't good with outlets tied into others and wanted on own circuit, estimate went up to @ $500..all good. Tech comes to install. cuts a hole in the wall for first outlet big enough for box, but finds pipe and has to move it, now I have an extra hole in my wall which I'm informed I will have to repair. Why not a smaller hole to see what's behind first. Then finishes work and ties into an existing line that's connected to my furnace, not as agreed upon. Then tells me he can do it for yet another 75 dollars. This company is bait and switch. They also cut first then cut second instead of cutting small hole to see what's behind the drywall. I would avoid this company at all costs. Now I have to pay a different company to have a new circuit breaker put in and rerun long enough wires and a drywall company to fix this hole.
Update: Since my review, this company has corrected everything and completed the job as was agreed upon and I am now satisfied. There was a miscommunication that I hope will be rectified in future jobs.
