Reviews of local pros in Covington, Kentucky

Mike from Roto-Rooter was amazing!!!! I wish I could give more than five stars. Not only was he amazingly knowledgeable and professional but he went above and beyond. There is no doubt who I’m calling next time I have a plumbing issue and I’m making sure to tell others to do the same. Such a good feeling to have someone fix your crisis so well and at a fair price. If you’re looking for a plumber then call Mike from Roto-Rooter now.

Had a clogged toilet and Giovanni came out and took care of it and was very professional. Would recommend

Giovanni and Chris provided superb service! Respectful kind and top notch!

They came to fix a clog in my laundry sink. The first time I ran the laundry it clogged again. They were supposed to come back yesterday. I have been “next in line” according to the automated texts they send but it’s been two days! $500 and a week later I still can’t run the wash or dishwasher.

The representatives I worked with were very professional and knowledgeable. They explain what the next process was and then again, the outcome. I really appreciated they were there on such short notice and took care of the issue I was having. I would definitely use this company again.

Jason was very professional and informative

I recommend 100 percent

Zack was absolutely lovely! He educated me as a first time home owner. Thank you for also coming within hours of my call

I had an excellent experience with Chris! He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every step of the process in detail. From diagnosing the issue to providing a clear breakdown of the work needed, he made sure I understood everything.

His professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, and he didn't rush through the job. I felt confident that the work was done properly and that he genuinely cared about getting things right. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable service!

Zach visited our home on 6/23 & 6/24 he was very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly! When we were without hot water he made sure to help us get it fixed ASAP, working with our schedule & taking all the time it needed until it was fixed! We appreciate workers like Zach! Thank you so much!

Our plumber, Giovanni, was excellent in every way and made sure the clog in our kitchen sink was completely cleared.

Zach was a life savor tonight with our plumbing issue. He was friendly and very knowledgable. If we have any issues going forward we would request him as our technician. We have never used roto-rooter before but now we don’t want to use any other company for our plumbing issues.

Plumber was very professional. Came over and found the leak along with determining best course of action. Unfortunately leak is related to a different trade.

Giovani was very professional and great worker. Very knowledgeable in explaining everything so that we could understand. Highly recommended

They did make it out the same day, but it was 5 hours after my expected "service window." Besides that, they did a great job. My tech was super knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the issues. He did an excellent job fixing multiple leaks for me.

Zach replaced our water heater for us same day and did an amazing job! He made sure the job was well and correctly! Highly recommend Zach as your technician.

Surprise leak in my kitchen. Called Roto-Rooter and they were here within the hour. Nice friendly service man who fixed it quickly.

We were very pleased with the service we received today with Roto-rooter! The technician that came to our house was very professional and knowledgeable! He knew exactly how to solve the issue!!! He was here for approximately 45 minutes and solve our clogged sewer line problem! I highly recommend Roto-rooter! They came out on a Sunday and a holiday weekend!!!

Giovanni was great. Did a very awesome job on cleaning my main drain out.
