Jason came and was extremely professional! I’ve been in this business of building new homes for over 50 years. Jason was extremely experienced and trained. Second time the sewer line clogged up in five months. Because of that, Jason is sending a camera over to go down through there and see what could possibly be the cause. Because it was within six months. There was no charge for their service this time.

We had an emergency plumbing situation, and I’m so thankful Roto-Rooter was my first call. The woman I spoke with was kind, understanding, and able to get a technician out in under an hour. Zach was our technician, and his service, communication, and willingness to help were outstanding. Although the call ended up being a long one, his dedication and problem-solving—especially late on a Friday night—did not go unnoticed. We truly appreciate the quick response and efficiency, especially with how serious water damage can be in a home. Highly recommend and will be requesting Zach for any future needs!

Roto-Rooter did an excellent job unclogging my drain. Giovanni was outstanding. Super professional, diligent, and clearly knew what he was doing. He worked efficiently and made sure everything was fully resolved before leaving. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment at 7 am for 5 pm. At 10 pm was called and informed the service techs workmen be able to arrive until the following day. So appointment time means nothing. Needed an auger run down my main line. With $100 coupon price was still $450. Was informed i needed a line in the home replaced quoted over $7000. Got the job done by a local plumber for half. Use roto rooter if you have no other choice or price is not a concern. Was quoted $3800 for a cleanup. Seriously came to clean the floor (which i denied) even though they knew it was going to back up again if the suspect pipe weren't replaced. It did back up again less than 24 hours after their service call.

I had a very disappointing experience. I missed a call from the plumber while they were at my house because I was in the middle of an important meeting. Someone else was home and present during the entire time of service. I called back within one minute of missing the call, after stepping out of my meeting.

Immediately after missing the initial call, I received an extremely rude and aggressive call from someone in the office, yelling at me and telling me I should be answering my phone immediately. The tone was incredibly disrespectful and condescending, especially given that someone was already at the house and I returned the call almost instantly.

In addition, there were late to the allotted 2 hour time slot they provided and extremely overpriced compared to other service providers in our area.

This lack of professionalism was unacceptable. I will not be working with this company again and would not recommend them based on how they treat customers.

As usual, our Roto-Rooter tech [Luke] was friendly, knowledgeable, and took care to keep the work area and our house clean. Prior to the visit we were kept updated via txt on arrival time. Luke left his business card in case we needed anything else, which we did [due to the need of additional hardware]. The followup visit was within a couple hours of our call, thankfully Luke found a repair solution that was less invasive than we feared, and now our shower performs better than expected. Plus, each tech we've used in the past have always had good things to say about their employer. Win, win, win!

Giovanni was amazing. He came out on a Sunday, was very friendly and made us feel confident in his assessment of our drainage situation. He was very thorough, explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what next steps should be. Very happy with his service!

Jason Burrows did an excellent job finding and fixing the clog in our kitchen sink drain. He was timely, professional, and efficient. Our sink was functioning again within an hour, and we are very appreciative! Roto Rooter offered service on the weekend (Sunday morning), which saved us a day or two of waiting. Overall, great service. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from Giovanni! Not only did a great job cleaning and unclogging the kitchen sink, he was also very kind and we had a very nice conversation while he worked. 2nd time we use Roto-Rooter, we will use them again and probably request Giovanni next time. He gets 5 stars!! He even guaranteed us 6 months, or he would return and do the 2nd time for free.
Now the 4 stars are due to pricing. We didn't schedule an emergency service, so we were expecting about half what we paid, since we have had this done before.
Otherwise great service. We are thankful we were able to have a quick availability to fix it.

Giovanni did an excellent job, exceeding my expectations! He arrived quickly, assessed the situation and explained what to expect as he addressed the issue. He was very friendly, professional, organized and worked in a very neat and clean manner. We paid exactly what he estimated which was a fair price. I was very impressed!

My wife and I woke up this morning to a burst pipe (due to the overnight cold) originating from our exterior hose bib, which was flooding our basement. After shutting off the water main, the first two things I did was call Serv Pro (also great) and Roto Rooter... And from there our day was so much better. Serv Pro sent in a two man clean up crew and then our hero, Giovanni from Roto Rooter, came through to detect and repair the water leak issue. It turns out that our exterior hose bib was installed incorrectly, leading to additional cold reaching the interior, which then burst the interior pipe near the elbow. Giovanni spent literally 5.5 hours on our job, between his work at our home and the errand he needed to run for supplies. He also was extremely thorough to make sure that the problem won't happen again. Triple checked all his connections, moved the pipe further out from the adjacent exterior wall, and added foam pipe insulation as well. Then he cleaned up after himself despite the fact that our basement was already a disaster. Incredible. They were also VERY fair on pricing giving our immediate need on a weekend. We could not be happier with the Sunday, emergency service that we got from Roto Rooter, and specifically Giovanni. Thank you guys for saving us and restoring our water, and preventing this from happening again in the future! 🙏

Plummer Gunner showed up on time and with a courteous smile. He had amazing personable skills. After explaining my issues he got right to work diagnosing my leak. And within 15 minutes had solved my problem and explained everything throughly. Definitely found my trusted plumber. Thank you for your services.

Our bathroom sink and tub were backing up and when we weren’t sure about replacing the pipes Gunner worked with us to patch what he could. When the patch didn’t work he came back out the same week and quickly replaced what needed replaced. He explained the problems and future solutions if we had another clog that we could try. Altogether a great experience!

It took a couple of days to get the installation people to call me back but they were extremely busy. However once they called back it was really quick service. The technician that came out and removed my old hot water and installed my new one was beyond amazing. What a great young man. His name was Gunner he was very professional and extremely nice at the same time. I wish I could request him for future projects. This company is really lucky to have Hunner has an employee.

They were quick on getting someone out here to first give us a quote and then coming to install it once we bought the water heater. Very friendly, professional and quick. I'm happy with the work that was done.
