    Executive Electric, a BNI member, was referred to me. I had an appointment with Jeff on May 21st at 3p. In order to make this appointment I had to leave my work in the middle of the afternoon and drive 40 minutes to my home. Jeff was not at my house at 3p. At 308p I called the office and Brit said that she would call him to see when I could expect him at my house. She did not call me back, in fact I had to call Brit again at 328p. She told me that Jeff was too busy to come to our appointment. Then, she also said that Jeff was referring me to another electric company because he was too busy to do my job. This is an example of how not to run a business. If he could not make this appointment, he should have called me this morning or at least an hour before our 3p appointment. I interrupted my workday to make this appointment, yet he could not be bothered to even make a phone call to let me know that he was not going to show. This company was referred to me - BNI members are supposed to treat referrals as gold. I guess Jeff forgot this rule.
