Constraction reviews in Erlanger, Kentucky

Michael & his crew were fantastic! Easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Mid-American Pools built a beautiful pool for us! We are SO happy with it! Having a pool has always been a dream for us & Mid-American helped us make that dream come true. Gunite is the perfect texture - not to slippery & not to rough on the skin. Having a pool is a great way to get the family together & get everyone off their phones/screens. Amazing conversations & fun is had by all. We also had them put in a hot tub that we can use all year! Living in Ohio - the pool is such a refreshing way to cool off in our hot & humid summers!

We have used Mid-American Pools for the construction of our pool in 2019 and for servicing of the pool ever since. They have been wonderful to work with over the years - always doing quality work, responding promptly to our needs, and always willing to answer any questions. Every step of the process from when we first met to discuss initial construction, to the construction of the pool, to our interaction with routine service personnel, to our communication with the service office - it has all been a quality and professional experience. Highly recommended!

For a project of this size and longevity, overall it went quite smooth.
Of course with any project of this scope there were bound to be a few issues, but they were handled professionally and fairly. I would highly recommend Mid - American Gunite Pools for any of your pool needs. They are great to work with and I am left with a beautiful product.

Mid-American always does a great job! They did a great job of resurfacing our pool this year. The communication was great and job they did was even better. They deliver on great service.

Overall, we had a great experience with Mid-American from the initial design process to install to now, ongoing service. I'd use them again and again.

Mid-American Gunite Pools provide excellent service and are timely and efficient. They installed my pool approximately 25 years ago. I have been an extremely satisfied customer for the entire 25 years. I highly recommend them for your pool needs. They are very reliable.

Mid American pool installed out pool over 15 years ago and continues to provide superior service to maintain the pool. I adont have time to service my pool, and it is always nice coming home and the pool is always ready to enjoy. Keep it up MAP's!

I've used Mid-American pools since they built the pool in 2010. These guys are well trained, responsive and great to work with! Since Michael Geers took over the business they have even gotten better! I highly recommend them ... I also appreciate how patient they've been with me over the years

We have been working with Mid-American for more than a dozen years now and could not be more pleased. We greatly appreciate that they take everything pool-related, from equipment down to weekly cleaning, off of our plate so we can just fully enjoy the pool experience with our family. We also appreciate just how friendly and responsive they are whenever we need anything. We'd give them six stars if we could!

Mid-American built our pool 34 years ago and has opened and closed for us ever since. This year they provided weekly maintenance services and performed a wonderful result. We wish we had availed ourselves of this service years ago. We highly recommend Mid-American !

Mid America pools does an outstanding job! They built our pool 20 years ago and have serviced it ever since. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. During our last pool opening, the technician gave me great advice on dealing with scale/rust accumulation on the tile. He also alerted me to stabilizer buildup and how to manage this. I trust Mid America to do highly professional, reasonably priced work.

Mid-American Pools built our pool in 2012 and we have used them for regular service and repairs ever since.

Had a great experience. Very professional and knowledgeable in helping us through the design, installation and maintenance process. We ended up with a beautiful pool of what seems to me of the highest quality.

From the construction of our pool 7 years ago through the pool openings and closings since, we have nothing but very good things to say about Mid-American. Quality of construction was excellent, pool looks as good now as when it was new. The opening/.closing service is excellent -- they show up when they say they will, work incredibly quickly and efficiently, leave the pool area immaculate and pricing cannot be beat. This is an exceptional company to deal with.

There's so much to say, but the bottom line is; the team at Mid American cares! From the initial quote, to the dig team, from the steel and tile crew to the gunite guys...the plaster, the equipment, service and start-up crews.. right up to the owner!! Mid American pools are the quality you would expect from a company with such a stellar reputation, because their people care about their work and take pride in the final product. Our work involved two-years of planning and more rain this season than we've had in decades... Mid American took their time, worked diligently and accommodated every little question we had, right up to the last day - when the owner stopped by again, just to be sure the final product was up to our expectations and his standards. Dont settle for the lowest bid when it comes to something so important for your family, quality and workmanship lasts a long time - and we intend to enjoy this pool for decades to come! Thanks guys. Thanks Tim. God Bless.

Mid American measured and supplied us with a solid cover last year it looks and fits great they opened the pool for us this spring and it was ready to swim. Just closed up for the season always nice people to work with

We have worked with Mid-American Gunite Pools for well over a decade. The initial construction was excellent. We had an unfortunate issue with our spa that was due to an unforeseen ground shift but the company completed a full reconstruction of that area with no additional charge. They have helped us with maintenance for 16 years and we remain very happy with the group. I can fully recommend this company for their quality and responsiveness.

The pool is up and running great. I have always trusted Mid-American with the two large pools that I have owned over the years and they have always done excellent work.

Mid American Pools always delivers a finished product for me. No guesses, they know pools & they repair/treat or come up with a solution as quickly as possible. I just always know my pool will be up & running thanks to mid American!

Mid-American Gunite Pools rebuilt our pool and has been servicing it for two years. Very positive experience and we highly recommend them. Thank you for your care!
