Window Installation reviews in Fairdale, Kentucky

I have used Doug Jones Home Improvements to build a porch enclosure, siding and gutters on 2 different houses the past 25 years. I have always been pleased with their work until now. I was in the process of selling my house and a small portion of wood became rotted because the siding they put on was not fastened properly. Water leaked behind siding and rotted a small section of wood. I contacted the office several times. I was told that I am on their schedule. It has been 3 months! I have yet to hear from Doug Jones. I had to pay another company $250 to fix their mistake. I am extremely disappointed that Doug Jones Home Improvement Company doesn’t stand by their work and fix errors in a timely manner.

I had the pleasure to work with Trent throughout this process. He gave me all sorts of options, features in different prices to make sure I got what I wanted for the lowest possible price. Would recommend Doug Jones Home Improvement to anyone looking for Windows, siding, etc.

My wife and I purchased my first home in 2021. As we were clearing the weeds and bushes in our yard, we noticed the siding on our house was wearing down and had holes in it that we didn't initially see when we looked at the house. We called Doug Jones Home Improvement and they came out the next week and were efficient, attention oriented and overall amazing to work with. They showed us several, affordable options that were priced

Good prices but terrible communication and haven’t done our job after 3 months from the word “go”. We’ve been trying to get windows replaced since October last year. They have excuse after excuse. Avoid this provider
