Lady receptionist huffed and puffed at me on the phone and it did NOT sound like she was taking her job seriously. Made getting an estimate difficult, and gave me attitude through her tone of voice. What a shame.

My heros they came this morning and did a wonderful job with the carpet and it looks like brand new and smells great. I am extremely happy with the service I got.

Arrived on time. Worked hard. Put "coasters" under couch legs and TV stand so they did not cause any discoloration to my tan rug. Left my rug clean with pile restored.

He came and cleaned my carpets and took his time.he did an amazing job very polite and made sure it was done right, this is my fourth time using them and plan on using them agien, thank you all so much I appreciate the time you took on my carpets

Thought they would have done a better job over 2000 sq feet took less than an hour and $300 not in pressed at all and will have to clean it again before selling .

Just awful!!! Will have to pay another company to come clean the carpets. They look worse than before. And i had to listen to the 2 rude older men the whole time they eete here. Then call the owner Bob, offered to try to redo it but confirms it might not get the job done? Really where is the customer service

Just had these guys come clean my carpet. They arrived on time, very polite and got my room cleaned super fast.

I had three rooms and a hallway cleaned in my rental house, and it looks like brand new carpet. I am so impressed. And they were done within an hour! Super professional, easy experience.

I requested SS services to clean my 96½ year old client's carpets. Two male workers (one was early 20's) done a FANTASTIC job; was very professional; finished the job very quickly; and most impressive, to me, was how respectful the men were to my 96½ year old client, and how they interacted with him🥰

I am very happy with the work I received. The tech was on time and called to confirm where he was going 30 minutes before my appointment. It took about 20 minutes to do 250 square feet. The difference is pretty amazing after 2 years of living.

The guys working for Stanley Steemer are so nice and helpful. The water wasn't working when they showed up for my morning appointment. They were willing to come back later the same day to complete the job, after we got the water issue resolved.
They worked quickly, efficiently, didn't cut corners and were in an out in no time.

Mike and Scott cleaned my entire house and couch. They were on time, did an excellent job, and in a timely manner. They were respectful and so nice!! I would recommend this company for cleaning services. Will ask for Mike and Scott again when to needing to clean carpet the next time.

These men cleaned our carpet and our furniture. They did a great job. Carpet and furniture look great. They were very courteous, friendly and professional. The cost for everything was very reasonable. We are very pleased. We would definitely use them again. We highly recommend.

I had them come to my house and clean a double reclining couch. lol . The next day after it dried I had to vacuum dirty dirt and food found everywhere. Oh, and by the way, don’t ever pay for the spray that is supposed to be sent to make your couch smell better. It was nothing. It actually stunk made it smell like wet, dirty smell. This is the first time I ever use Stanley steamer and I never will again I paid $170 for something that I had to redo my whole self. It was ridiculous.

I had them clean my kitchen time floor on house being remodeled. I didn't expect to to look like new but there were a couple of paint drops on the floor that didn't come up I didn't realize they were there until they cleaned the floor when I ask the man about it "oh you can take a knife easier and get that up. Edges of tile still dirty. Never recommend tile again.

Hired SS to steam my 10+ year old carpets. We have two big dogs and three cats. We are replacing the carpets soon from cat damage, but wanted to get it cleaned until then. They recommended a great cleaner combo for the situation. I am absolutely amazed with the different coloring in carpet and how well they were able to pull up the dirt! They were friendly, animal friendly, and worked quick and efficiently to get the job done. They also cleaned out my HVAC vents for cleaner and better air. Would recommend and will be using again. My personal cleaning machines cannot compete with Stanley Steamers!
