I haven't used their services, but I will the next time I need them. They seem to care about our community. Love how they give back to their supporters and community.

Waited 45 min to get a half ton of sand, 4 people walked by and asked what I needed! Told them sand. One guy said they needed a verbal confirmation from the office, I said she just said it on the radio when I was paying for it!! Find somewhere else to get your gravel!!

I haven't received services from them. I do know they seem like a nice home town business. They give contest on Social Media away that are wonderful. God Bless

I contacted owner and needed a extremely small amount of dirt and gravel to fill a hole in yard and he was kind enough to allow me to come get some at no charge. I truly appreciated it. I suggest this business.

Tri State Enterprise, and in particular, Jeff Evans were very helpful to us and went above and beyond to help us when our office was flooded. They took care of everything and our office looks great!!

This company quoted me a price then took the money out of my account (which I did agree to). They went to my lawn and wanted to charge me $125 more than the contracted price. Do not trust them. I have never been charged more than $75 for my lawn. They wanted to charge me a total of $275. Not a fair company.

I bought some gravel for a French drain: reasonable prices and very quick to get it to me. I will use their services again . Everyone I interacted with was very nice and respectful .

Poor management, The employees pretty much pull the trigger on how to manage the project, what type of equipment to use etc.. For instance contact the inspector over the Dollar General built out on Rt. 5.. The so called Civil Engineer for tri - state Enterprise was not capable of reading a Blue - print for the building site!!! 65% of the finish Grade was off by 2 - 3 inches.. They have no business trying to perform Excavation work.. Now I will Brag on they're trucking side, Josh has done an excellent job with the fleet of trucks he has obtained. He has provided an excellent resource that was desperately needed in that location.

Ordered 2 loads of gravel same gravel same delivery stop both loads were 4 scoops, 2 different prices. First load was 4 hours late causing second load to be done next day. Driver wouldn't listen to the way I wanted it spread because and I quote "I've been this for almost 20 years I know how to spread gravel" so instead of listening I have gravel spread 20 foot long 4 inches thick and another section 11 foot 7 inches and before I could say anything to the driver he had pulled out the driveway without even locking his tailgate and locking the bed down. now I have to shovel all by hand

I called had someone come out for an estimate. It's nowa month later and still have not received the estimate. I have called 3 times and asked for it and still they did not follow up after promised of the next day. They did have a fire during this time but that was two weeks prior to them coming to the home so that's not an excuse... Glad to see they don't needy business...

If I could leave a zero I would. They came to do a service due to my AC not cooling properly (6-25-24). He came while I was at work and my wife was there alone. He was there for 28 mins total from pulling in, to writing up the bill. All he did was clean the coils and tell my wife we needed new filters. The bill... $249... so clearly I wasn't happy.
So when I went in the store today to pay it (6-26-24) the lady shows me the detailed invoice and it says $95 dollar service fee, with a $95 diagnostic fee, and a $50 cleaner fee. I asked, isn't the service and diagnostic fee the same? She said no and technically you should be charged hourly for his time there too with a minimum of an hour. So you're actually paying less then you should.... so I said I'd like to speak with Mike (The owner), she said he is in a meeting and is busy. I said "ok, well then I'd like to set up a meeting with him first thing tomorrow because I don't feel comfortable paying this bill without speaking to him first." She said "No you can not do that, and if you leave here without paying this, I'm going to send it to collections."
It's only been 1 day since the service first off and why be so rude like that. I had concerns over my bill and wanted to speak with someone who had the authority to make it right but instead I was met with a rude and snarky lady who could've cared less.
So needless to say, I'll never use tristate for any of my businesses services ever again and I'll never recommend then to others. This wasn't my first issue with them but it will be my last. Hopefully this saves a family in need, don't use their services. -
I just bought some commercial property locally and we need to do a complete overhaul of the property and I was just about to inquire about this local business but after seeing all unusual fees and poor business ethics and practices, I'm actually thankful I'm going to look elsewhere for the contract. I absolutely love Google reviews and those who expose corporate greed and poor customer service. I'll be offering the contract to a competitor for sure 😬

AVOID AVOID AVOID. My family moved to the area and used tri-state to do some remodeling, hoping to finish before we moved in. A week to week and a half job took over 2 months. They painted several rooms in the house and we had to call them back twice to repair. They did some drywall work and when they replaced the crown molding they pieced it together with several sections instead of one long strip; we had them come back and replace that. The tiled the shower was the worst. Grout washed away in several locations and had to be repaired, the shower door was the wrong size and took 5 weeks to replace, and the quality under delivered for the price.
Poor communication between management and the laborers lead to a lot of confusion and mistakes. Very rarely did the same people show up to continue work, so the laborers were always asking us for progress reports. Time after time we were promised a workforce the following day which would never show; this is very inconvenient for a stay at home mom with three kids. Overall, we had a very poor experience and will be sure to use other forms of social media to warn others.
