Constraction reviews in Florence, Kentucky

Randy & his crew are TOP NOTCH. They helped us renovate our new commercial building in Walton, KY. They were not only ultra responsive, but did the highest quality of work. They completed the job ahead of schedule, which is a plus! I still use Wright contracting, even after their part of the job was completed - that should tell you everything you need to know!

Wright Contracting did a full remodel of an existing building for our bank. The project came in ahead of schedule and under budget allowing us to open for business earlier than anticipated. Throughout the project I was impressed with the professionalism of the people and the quality of work with an eye to every detail. Communication was excellent. Wright Contracting and Randy Reno's team exceeded my high expectations with quality and work and service. I give them my highest recommendation! Thank you Randy and team for creating a beautiful office for our banking services!

Our company contracted with Randy Reno of Wright Contracting to build a two story, 15,000 square feet steel building to house our operations and other staff members.
Overall, Randy and his team did an excellent job on our building and were a pleasure to work with.
The project was completed on time and on budget, giving us a new building that we are very proud of.
When issues came up we could always count on Randy to get involved and get them corrected to our satisfaction.
Randy and his team also provided good advice during the design and construction phases to make sure we received not only what we wanted but what we needed for this type of building.
We give Wright Contracting our highest recommendation and endorsement, and would definitely hire them again for our next project.

We got referred to Wright Contracting by Straight Edge Concrete. It was a great decision. They started the project in Nov. 2020 and had it completed in May 2021. It was exactly the vision I had for our new building. Randy and his team have a great eye for detail and for forecasting any issues that may awry. Their craftsmanship is outstanding. We requested adjustable desks and they came out exactly how we requested them to be. We have developed a great relationship with Wright Contracting and can not say enough about Randy and his team. We would recommend them to anyone.

Wright Contracting to the rescue. When I recently purchased new printing equipment I needed to combine a conference room and a few offices into one large space. With only a few weeks before the equipment was to be delivered Wright Contracting moved fast to make it happen with a week to spare! Great work with a speedy turnaround time. I highly recommend Randy and his team for any construction projects, large or small.

Randy and Julie,
I just wanted to take a second and tell you what a fantastic job your guys have done on my building. I just pulled back into the shop and am just so pleased every time I see it. Your guys do such quality work and really went above and beyond with this job. Randy your decision on adding the blue to the office really just sets everything off. I have received so many complements on how the building just pops now.

I have seen firsthand through the years what kind of finish product Wright Contracting turns out but when it is your own building it's just a little different. For years we have always wanted to make this building
look like something and you have made it into something I am very proud of.
Thank you both for everything you do for me and Gateway, it means the world!

Wright Contracting recently finished a phenomenal expansive remodel of our BP station in Richwood. The job was completed on time AND within budget which is unheard of. Randy & his wife Julie are tremendous human beings running a top notch entity with unbelievable attention to detail. Having been involved with the construction and remodel of many commercial buildings I can tell you that Wright is way ahead of their competitors.

We have worked with Randy and Wright Contracting on various projects in the past few years. In doing those projects we noticed the quality and attention to detail that he puts into each and every one of his projects. We decided last year that we were ready to remodel our office/shop that was originally built in 1994. Randy and his team blew us away with the results. The project manager Andrew did an outstanding job as well. He made sure the project ran smoothly as well as making sure all our needs were met. There wasn’t an inch of that office that wasn’t thought out. Highly recommend Randy and Wright Contracting for any commercial new construction or remodel! – Lonkard Construction Company

We have been doing work with Wright Contracting since 2010, so when it came time to renovate our new office space, we knew exactly who to call. The building we purchased was built in the 1950s, so we knew there would be plenty of challenges with our renovation. Several challenges presented themselves within the first stages of the project, but Randy and his team took them head on and were able to present us with options to get through them all while keeping our schedule, budget, and vision in mind. Wright Contracting’s attention to detail is second to none. Randy and Andrew were very attentive throughout the project, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result.

I met Tim a few years ago when I moved to NKY from NC. I have used him for all my handyman needs for the past 4 years and wouldn’t think about using anyone else!!! He’s honest and does the job as if it was his house.

Have very few experiences having work done that was this quality that’s also beyond fair and timely. He has a strong soul based in faith and he treats everyone as nd his work exactly that way. Best work and price could ever find. Not only would hire without hesitation but would recommend top of the list!!!

Tim has installed flooring, painted and done camera installs among other projects for me. His work is excellent and he is very clean.

We wanted to update our bathroom. Howard’s Handyman came through for us once again. He completed the project in approximately 2-3 hours. He installed the shiplap, faucet, drain, light fixture, and towel and toilet paper holders. He was thorough, meticulous, and professional. It was all around great work!

Haven't worked with Tim before, but took a shot in the dark and called him after the trim and some of the framing around my front door was destroyed and made it unlockable. Tim had time to come the same day. He did a great job on the door, and it's more secure and better looking now than it was before it was broken. The price was way below what I was expecting; honestly he could charge more and I would be happy to pay given the quality of the work. Tim is definitely saved in my phone now for the next time I need help.

Tim and Vitaliy done several projects at our house. Very reliable, details oriented, outstanding quality. Every time I am walking to my bathroom, I feel grateful for their amazing work. Highly recommended!

I hired Tim and his helper to remove and replace the old bathtub with a shower enclosure in my daughters 75 year old home. He repaired to rotten floor and walls put in new shower, added bath vent and replaced the floor. He also rebuilt the very bad plumbing for the bathroom and had to level the floor before new floor. Tim checks everything and makes sure the job is done right. He also painted the ceiling and the walls. Tim was there to work when he said he would and we never had to wait and wonder if he was coming.
I would absolutely recommend Howard's Handyman for any work in your home.

This is my second time using Tim. Tim and his team from Howard’s Handyman service did an excellent job on replacing a sub panel in our garage today. . In the past he installed 2 of my Mini-Duct split units and we were satisfied with the work and it has saved us tremendous amounts of money on electric. I highly recommend him and his team for any home project, will be using him in the future. He’s professional, knowledgeable and has an eye to detail to make sure everything is perfect. 👍 THANKS TIM!

I have worked with Tim Howard for over 15 years. He has done painting and patching work on two homes, caulking exterior windows and doors properly, doing better work than the builder did initially. Currently he is doing an extensive restoration of a 100+ year old home including all new plumbing, electric, and carpentry. He even added some new windows for me. He is excellent at problem-solving and detailed in his execution, which is critical in older homes. When it’s time he’ll be laying tile, flooring and installing the kitchen cabinets. He is a man of honor and I am grateful to be working with him and his team. I will post photos of the completion but the “before”work is already impressive.
