I scheduled Molly Maid for pre-holiday cleaning. Melinda and Kayla were terrific - - on time, efficient and professional. My home is now ready for family and friends. Happy Holidays!

Our glass shower was so hard and frustrating to clean on our own so it’s been amazing to have Molly Maid come in and clean it. They do such a great job!

I just moved into a large condo that is almost entirely carpeted. With two kitties, this place can get dirty quickly. The condo had not been sufficiently cleaned before my move in and these maids, Jamie and Kirsten, GOT TO WORK! I am so impressed with the level of clean I received from them.
Both ladies were very kind to my pets (who liked to roll around on the newly cleaned furniture >.<) and really spent the entire time working.
Annette came by as well and I learned some very helpful tricks for keeping my stove top and carpets clean. She is am impressive cleaner in her own right. She took the time to clean several layers of dust and grease off of a lighting fixture, courtesy of the previous tenant. (Photos attached of one light clean and still dirty).
All in all, I HIGHLY recommend Molly Maid of NKY and SE Cinci. I look forward to being a regular customer!

We’ve used Molly maid the Past couple of months. We have them come out every other Monday ($200 bi-weekly) to maintain a good clean home. Also, know I keep a very tidy home to begin with, making it easier for them to begin with. They started off doing a decent job. It wasn’t spectacular but it wasn’t terrible either. Well the last month and half the quality of job they have done has just totally gone south. It was so bad the last time they didn’t even bother cleaning my bathroom mirrors, vacuuming stairs, dusting dressers or sweeping out hardwood kitchen floors. Keep in mind those are all crucial areas that are high traffic, that had been done in the past and are our top priorities. Normally I wouldn’t complain but I was also having friends over that evening expecting the house to be clean and ready to go. So I called the office, they apologized and offered to have the team come back and do a FULL reclean. Let me tell you, that did not happen at all. They literally came and vacuumed my living room floor. Keep in mind they promised an extra good full cleaning again. My stairs hadn’t been touched. Bathrooms, toilets, we’re intentionally left extra messy to just verify the job they were doing. It was absolutely horrible. I honestly don’t know what they did. So now I’m left with still a dirty home and out 200 dollars. I will never use them again, and would never recommend them to anyone else you want to physically hold their hand while doing the job.

I had 3 girls come in to do a deep clean in the house. They came prepared and began working immediately, nonstop for 3 hours. I was very impressed and would definitely ask them to clean again!

I love my cleaning ladies, Dora and Dianna from Molly Maids! They are very professional and very thorough. I have used Molly Maids now for two years and I really appreciate them!

We just had our first cleaning with Molly Maid of NKY. Jena and Paula did a fabulous job to double check the work and make sure everything was as clean as we would like it. We have six large dogs and a baby so things had definitely piled up, but they made sure it was all spotless before leaving!

Today around 2:15, I was behind one of their vehicles going about twice the speed limit down 5 Mile, going across the double yellow line several times. I ended up behind the person with long hair and glasses at the stop sign. They then continued the reckless driving down Kellogg.

Jena and Paula did an excellent job. My house always looks wonderful after they come. They were efficient, professional, and I really appreciated the great job they always do.

Jana, Paula & Grace did an amazing job! Jana & Paula have been cleaning our apartment for a few months now and I’m always so happy when they leave because our place is spotless. They even managed to clean my boyfriends bathroom to perfection despite it looking like a gremlin lived there.

I am writing on behalf of my mother, she has Molly maid for quite some time. At first she was unhappy and was gonna cancel service because they continued to switch her team and it was always someone new then one day a little over a year ago Melinda showed up and my mother expressed to her that she couldn’t handle new people each time, Melinda reassured her she would do her absolute best to make sure she was always there each month, Melinda has had several partners but no matter who comes in with her my mothers house is always cleaned correctly and she never leaves without making sure my mother is seated and comfortable! I can not express my gratitude for Melinda and Silvanas patience with my mother this past Tuesday, she is having to move and it’s not been easy but they still managed to make her day bright! - Danielle K

Had my first clean with them, it was wonderful. I keep a clean home but it’s nice to have everything done at once instead of in pieces. I considered not doing anything in my home so that it would just stay this clean, but then my dog came home from daycare. Either way- they did a great job!

Jena and Paula did a "move out clean" of our home to prep it for renters. They did an excellent job and the people moving in were pleased with the state of the home. Overall we are happy customers and would recommend this service.

Jena and Paula were amazing. They went above and beyond to make my apartment smell good and look good. They were able to get the hard to clean spots in the bathroom and make it look better than I’ve ever seen it before. They were very nice and professional during their time and I will definitely be requesting them again.

Paula and Jena are pleasant ladies. They arrive mid morning and move in a timely manner through our home,small patio home, taking around 45 minutes to clean 1st floor.
Service was recommended to me after hip surgery, at different location, but would recommend this location to anyone.

Jena and Paula are fantastic. They take their time to ensure my home is clean and to my liking. They always go above and beyond and make sure I am happy with the job they have done. They also bring treats for my dogs which is a very nice touch!
