Can’t even comment on the quality of the cleaning as no one ever showed up nor called to inform me that they were not coming. First let me say this, Laurel came to my home to do an estimate and was very kind and professional. I scheduled for an initial cleaning for the following week and I absolutely could not wait to have a squeaky clean home. The day of the cleaning comes and I wait at home all day for the girls to show up so I can show them what areas I was most concerned with. No one showed up. They gave me a window of 8am- 5pm which was an inconveniently huge window but I was patient as I really looked forward to the services. Finally when 330 rolls around, I decide to call the office to see if maybe they could give me an eta. I was sent to voice mail 3 times. I called and text the number on the business card asking for an eta. No response. No one ever showed up to my home nor called to cancel. This morning I call to figure out what happened and they inform me that I was never added to the schedule. I went ahead and canceled services. I just wish I had known, as I could have just had another company come in and have my home cleaned. I waited a week just to be stood up with no explanation. Terribly unprofessional.

Ombreyanna and Rebekah from Molly Maid did a great job. They worked for two hours and were thorough, efficient, and detail-oriented. Everything was cleaned carefully, and they also handled the trash and general tidying without needing direction. The apartment looks much better overall. I appreciate their professionalism and would recommend their services.

My family has always trusted Molly Maid for several years. Yesterday was the best clean I could’ve asked for after going through a rough time. I’ve suffered a miscarriage and my metal health hasn’t been the best since then. I cried, out of happiness and relief, when I came home because they went above and beyond. Ombreyanna and Danielle did an amazing job overall.

Kayla and Kelly did an amazing job! My home looks and feels so fresh, clean, and organized. They were professional, kind, and very detail-oriented. As a busy business owner and mom, having a clean space means everything, and they truly delivered. I especially appreciated how thorough they were with the little details that make a big difference. I would absolutely recommend them and hope to have them again!

I scheduled a "deep clean" of my empty apartment ahead of a move hoping to have it fully ready for the next occupant. When I returned, several areas were barely touched and others completely overlooked. There was debris in the entryway and in closets, toilet and shower still had grime, and the carpeted stair was still covered in dog hair. When I called to ask for recourse, I was told they could send cleaners out to touch up, but continuing at the standard hourly rate on top of what was already billed. I ended up paying nearly $300 for a half-done job, and now have to finish on my own. For an empty space with no furniture, I certainly expected a more detailed oriented result.

Paid for a deep clean and recieved way less. Was told the cleaners dust blinds, shelves, clean cobwebs and surfaces. All the above was not addressed. Cleaners too half an hour break on a 2 hr shift. Cleaning was before Thanksgiving, i went out of town for the holidays so called after the holiday to dispute and was ignored because it wasnt "within 24-hrs". Had to call back to get a response and VP suggested i pay to have them back out to finish the job. Company has very low value for high cost. VP is probably taking as much money as possible for himself and cutting corners

Having to edit this post with evidence this company has low standards and the VP is dense. First, the cleaners showed up hours late when i requested a morning clean and had to then accomodate them during my busy working hours. Pictures attached are of the dusty surfaces, cobwebs and timestamped ring footage verifying the cleaners left mid shift to do who knows what in their car. This evidence was send to the company and was completed ignored. I didnt take pictures of all the low quality work because no one has time for that but I also had to clean up hundreds of seeds that were dropped from my toaster on to my floor and left there.

Of course Molly Maid was never invited back to my house so their decision to discontinue my service is moot. The note above is an attempt to make them sound credible and anyone reading this should be weary of these shady business practices
