Called numerous time and left messages to finalize and set up a date to have a tree removed never receive a call back from anyone

They don’t call you back. No communication after the first visit. They won’t get the job.

A driver of this business stopped in the middle of crowded parking lot and made it difficult to actually leave. The occupant looked very confused as to why we couldn't get around them.

Jeff from Calloway Cleaning and Restoration just cleaned my carpets and did an amazing job! If you’re looking for someone to clean your carpets, he’s your guy. The office staff was great to work with, too! The price was very reasonable.

Terrible experience. Even though they admitted the job wasn't done they refused to refund my money .... the quote was over $400 for a partial condo and the basics weren't even done. I sent pics of furniture not dusted, crumbs on an untouched kitchen floor, etc....They apologized profusely and said that the technician had had a medical emergency that day, which I was sorry to hear, but then only refunded $60 of my money. After I told them that price was outrageous they said they would refund $50 more and then never did. Do not use this company.

We have tried several home cleaning services and none of them compare to the quality and value offered by Tailored Home Solutions. Everyone at the company is responsive and kind. Carsyn has been our dedicated technician for a while now and we are so impressed with her thorough attention to detail. And to top it off - she is a friend to all of our cats and dogs! We feel very lucky to have her taking care of our weekly cleanings!

Tailored Home Solutions has been the best decision we ever made. They have been so easy to work with and it is like a breath of fresh air coming into the house after they clean. Anthony is amazing and is so easy to work with. There have been days when all of my kids are here when he is cleaning and it doesn’t phase him at all.

We love Tailored Home Solutions and have used them over a year since we started with a whole-home cleaning before we moved in (highly recommend!). Ashley, our recurring technician, is thorough, super responsive to feedback, and frequently goes above and beyond to do things like line up our daughter’s stuffed animals in her bed - our daughter loves the surprise every other week. I also appreciate that you can easily communicate with the home office to adjust a service including adding fridge, oven, etc.
