DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They do not follow through with the service they offer. We have called several times to follow up on our part they were ordering and supposed to come back with. Each time we got different excuses. There is lost communication between the girl that runs the “office” and the technician. Save yourself time and money and find another company.

They are charging us $360 to change a dryer belt. It's a $10 part and takes maybe 20 minutes to do. My husband didn't want me to change it because it's a gas dryer and he was afraid so we hired these guys to do this and didn't realize we'd be taken.

I have used Complete Appliance several times, and I’m very satisfied with their service. Lisa is very professional at answering my phone calls and coordinating with the technicians. The technicians are all very professional and knowledgeable. Today, Gerry took care of a nagging problem with my LG dryer and even gave me some tips on the maintenance of all of my appliances. I would definitely recommend Complete Appliance.

TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY WIFE!!! Complete years ago I used them and it went great. Tech found the band came off on my washer, popped it back only, and only charged basic service fee since, and I quote, "I didn't replace anything and it was simple." Great guy, recommended this place to many ppl. Yesterday, tech came out to look at my dryer, which we thought a bearing was going bad as there was a grinding sound. Tech discovered the side panel had been pushed in, he popped it back out with the same force my 2 yr old could. Charged my wife $200. Both servic calls were 30-45 mins, both were simple fixes, only difference was I wasn't home for the dryer. Called and was told that the techs determine the price of any and all repairs. Shame a 1 star is the lowest rating someone can give. Will NOT go back and will NEVER recommend again.
