DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They do not follow through with the service they offer. We have called several times to follow up on our part they were ordering and supposed to come back with. Each time we got different excuses. There is lost communication between the girl that runs the “office” and the technician. Save yourself time and money and find another company.

Jerry was the technician who came to diagnose my dryer. He was absolutely professional, extremely knowledgeable and efficient! He called me prior to arriving and was on time. I would recommend Complete Appliance to anyone! 😊

They are charging us $360 to change a dryer belt. It's a $10 part and takes maybe 20 minutes to do. My husband didn't want me to change it because it's a gas dryer and he was afraid so we hired these guys to do this and didn't realize we'd be taken.
