Reviews of local pros in Fort Wright, Kentucky

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency, and Chris took great care of us -- he was responsive, kept us informed about the problem, the solution, and gave us tips for maintenance. I appreciated all the great communication and friendly service. We'll be using them again in the future, and I definitely recommend them!

Waterline repair, these guys did an amazing job, would recommend Topshell, they were able to fix some other leaks on the house as well!!!!😃❤️

Isaiah came out with another guy exactly when they said they would and got my toilet problem fixed. He was straight up honest with me about what to expect and the possible other problem I might have before anything was done. They both took their time and thoroughly looked at everyrhing before and after to make sure the problem was fixed. I usually use another company but they definitely earned my business for good from here on out. Id highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have

Great service very friendly. Did an amazing job unclogging my shower drain. Would definitely recommend.

Did a great job. Kept me posted as to arrival time. Thorough in their work and made sure we were happy with the final results!! Will definitely use again!!

Isaiah was great, professional, thorough, and did excellent work!!! Highly recommend this master plumber.

I will definitely recommend Topshell Plumbing in the Fort Mitchell area and beyond. Dealing with home maintenance is never ideal, but they helped us immensely and made it so easy. Isaiah bent over backwards and was so kind. I thought I had a huge issue on my hands and he made me feel in the right hands right away. I voiced my concerns and he responded “I treat every home as if it’s my own. I’ll get you sorted out.” It was a smaller issue than I thought. I just needed some drain cleaning. This could have been a messy start to the holiday season, but they saved me. I’m very thankful for Isaiah and Topshell Plumbing!

Quick response and a professional that thoroughly evaluates and communicates the problem and the work needed to remedy issues. Isiah takes pride in his business and he and Chris can be counted on to show up on time, work neatly and efficiently and genuinely care about making sure the customer is satisfied with their work. This is a business that can be trusted.

Fast, efficient and courteous service. Isaiah explained everything being done and showed us the results of time and wear on our plumbing system. We recommend Topshell Plumbing!

I was very pleased with my experience with Topshell plumbing for our new water heater. Everyone that I spoke with was professional and communication was great. We have a busy family schedule so communication is key for our household. Overall the customer services was top notch.

Isaiah came out super quick for a clients house I was painting. Gave her a fair price and completed the work same day! Ensured everything was perfect before he left, cleaned up, and did a great job. Highly recommend if your looking for a company that operates with integrity and does great work!
