They have been timely and professional every time we have used them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I hope we never need a plumber again, but if we do, we'll definitely call them!

Medley plumbing was assigned to me and they were fast and respectable. The dispatcher Brittany G lacks customer service skills. She was more worried about telling me I’m wrong then getting someone out to repair the leak. I told her I could be wrong. I just need someone to come out. She continues to tell me about how meticulous her records are and she tries not to make a mistake for incidents like this. And that’s all fine and dandy, but none of that had to do with me getting my plumbing fixed so I would suggest finding someone that cares about getting the job done right instead of them being right about their records. I hope y’all have a great day!

Called Medley Plumbing and Tyler and Corbin came out to my house within an hour. Replaced my gas hot water heater. Gave me a written estimate with two choices. Both were very polite and helpful in answering my questions. Very thorough while installing the hot water heater and made sure everything was working correctly. Would highly recommend Medley Plumbing.

A serious clog had occurred, but Daniel was the man for the job. We went from bad backflow to empty drain in 25 minutes. Five stars is not enough!

We had an issue with our water heater and called Medley Plumbing for help. They sent a nice young man named Corbin to work on our problem. Corbin was able to resolve our issue quickly and was able to thoroughly answer my questions so I can prevent the problem from happening again. Reasonably priced.

They came out after it snowed. It was extremely cold so I told them they can come out another day. They agreed. They told me they would give me a quote for doing the work. They did not do that. They charged me a $75 fee plus $189 fee to change a rubber seal piece to an outside faucet. Didn’t have to go under the house nothing. Please beware!!!
