I called Medley in the morning about a leak at the under-sink garbage disposal unit. They told me their technician would arrive between 2 and 4 pm. He, Tyler, came very promptly at 2, and was gone by 3 having diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Thank you Medley team!

Daniel Medley was my plumber and did an exceptional job. Fixed both issues. Cost was totally reasonable and he was very easy to work with and totally professional. I highly recommend Medley Plumbing.

Medley plumbing installed a 74 gallon gas water heater for me. They responded quickly. They were very knowledgeable, professional and frendly. I will use them again if I have a plumbing issue.

I canceled a scheduled job with this company because I was mistreated. You need to learn how to show more respect to your potential clients and the people who are possibly going to pay you money. There is no way that we are going to write a check for $2,700.00 to your company while your office manager complains to me about my brother or about me on the telephone. You acted immature, you were unprofessional, and we're not gonna do any business with you now or in the future. I am giving one star feedback because I can't give zero stars for feedback. Now, don't call me, don't call my mother and leave my family and I alone!!!

Tyler was very personable. Saved us an expense. Professional kind and helpful. Found out that a new water heater wasn't the answer but a few electrical wire adjustments did the trick. You have a customer for a lifetime because of his honesty.

Drain backed up called them out they ran a snake said they got clog, charged $350. Next day drain clogged again. Called and they where friendly said they would send someone out that day. Hours pass then get a call their snake auger broke. Was told they would show up next day with hydrojetter. They showed up on time ran a camera said there was a root obstruction. They said they would run the jetter but when they got it hooked up it would not start. They fiddled with it for 30 minutes to no avail. Was then told the hydrojetter would not of unclogged roots anyway and they quoted me on replacing 5 foot of pipe for $1500. I went to Lowe's rented a snake auger for $81 and cleared the clog!!!! My advice is to do it yourself first then hire someone, but I wouldn't recommend Medley.

We have a small clog in our exterior drain leading to the city sewer. The line WAS still draining before Tyler came to snake our line. Tyler's a nice guy, but he ran an auger for about fifteen minutes outside and said he couldn't get the clog, he suspected the line collapsed. Charged us 375 dollars to tell me the line was partially clogged when we already knew that. The man waited longer for his boss to call back and give him an estimate on total repairs for the suspected collapse (not sure thats the problem)than he spent trying to get our drain unclogged. He was here less than an hour, about 45 minutes, and now our lines drain WORSE than before he showed up. Going forward I dont think we will ever use this company again, and I can't in good conscience recommend anyone else ever use y'all either. Charging almost 400 bucks to make the problem worse, and not even show effort in trying to get the clog out, seems highly unprofessional. I have two years experience snaking sewer lines for properties in Bowling Green. I have spent hours at a property multiple times snaking a drain until I could get it clear enough to flow for the tenants. This guy gave thirty minutes of effort and said he couldn't do anything more. He was very nice and courteous, but he actually made the issue worse and now we have to call a second plumber. The price would have been absolutely acceptable if anything at had been fixed, but it wasn't, and now were out 400 bucks we needed for monthly expenses and possibly more due to hiring a second plumber.
