We have used them in the past and this experience was no different. It was easy to make the appointment and they were available in 1-2 days. Our service was excellent and Drew was great. He showed us the problem, explained why it happened, repaired the problem and discussed what we could do to prevent the issue from reoccurring. If needed I will definitely call them again.

Mr Appliance was great to work with on our dishwasher repair. I made the appointment online. They replied via email and text message confirming the appointment. Before the arrival of the technician they emailed and texted a picture of the technician and his name so I would know who to expect. The technician was very nice and made the extra effort of putting covers over his shoes. He did a very thorough job of diagnosing the issue with the dishwasher and then since he didn’t have the part on his truck placed the order and made an appointment to come 2 days later to fix the issue. The same safety procedures were followed for his return visit. He arrived on time and double checked his diagnosis with an additional test before replacing the fault part. He was very quick and efficient.
Mr. Appliance sent out two young technicians but the issue with my fridge was above their training and they sent out a master technician who took over and completed the repair. However, the handle on the freezer came off. It took me a couple of days and calls before I found out what was going on with getting my freezer door repaired which they happily came out and fixed. This is a new company trying to start up here and I love the fact that they allow their young people to use their newly taught skills on the job with a master technician to supervise and support! I highly recommend this company!!!
Tyler was very good at his job, explained everything well, worked quickly, friendly, wore covers on his shoes and was on time. We had to have a part ordered and were glad that they sent Tyler back to finish the job. The office called the day before to remind me of my appointment and again the next day. Glad to find a company that you can count on.
The service I received from Mr. appliance of Georgetown was excellent in every way possible. From our service technician Ed Sissel Who did a great job and also gave me some excellent recommendations for maintaining my washing machine in the best condition possible on up to the individual who took my order initially (Lee) To the very top when I happened to speak with Chris the owner , The experience was a plus plus. And I understand that they can fix every household appliance with the exception of the water heater which requires a Plumber, This will be my go-to for whatever else may ail our household equipment. FYI: I am not a relative so please accept this glowing recommendation for what it is.
