We have used them in the past and this experience was no different. It was easy to make the appointment and they were available in 1-2 days. Our service was excellent and Drew was great. He showed us the problem, explained why it happened, repaired the problem and discussed what we could do to prevent the issue from reoccurring. If needed I will definitely call them again.

Arrived on time, completed repair. Drew is a professional and personable tech.

Mr Appliance was great to work with on our dishwasher repair. I made the appointment online. They replied via email and text message confirming the appointment. Before the arrival of the technician they emailed and texted a picture of the technician and his name so I would know who to expect. The technician was very nice and made the extra effort of putting covers over his shoes. He did a very thorough job of diagnosing the issue with the dishwasher and then since he didn’t have the part on his truck placed the order and made an appointment to come 2 days later to fix the issue. The same safety procedures were followed for his return visit. He arrived on time and double checked his diagnosis with an additional test before replacing the fault part. He was very quick and efficient.

Mr. Appliance sent out two young technicians but the issue with my fridge was above their training and they sent out a master technician who took over and completed the repair.
However, the handle on the freezer came off. It took me a couple of days and calls before I found out what was going on with getting my freezer door repaired which they happily came out and fixed.
This is a new company trying to start up here and I love the fact that they allow their young people to use their newly taught skills on the job with a master technician to supervise and support!

Tyler was very good at his job, explained everything well, worked quickly, friendly, wore covers on his shoes and was on time. We had to have a part ordered and were glad that they sent Tyler back to finish the job. The office called the day before to remind me of my appointment and again the next day. Glad to find a company that you can count on.

The service I received from Mr. appliance of Georgetown was excellent in every way possible. From our service technician Ed Sissel Who did a great job and also gave me some excellent recommendations for maintaining my washing machine in the best condition possible on up to the individual who took my order initially (Lee) To the very top when I happened to speak with Chris the owner , The experience was a plus plus. And I understand that they can fix every household appliance with the exception of the water heater which requires a Plumber, This will be my go-to for whatever else may ail our household equipment. FYI: I am not a relative so please accept this glowing recommendation for what it is.

Tyler was very professional and replaced the cracked glass on my Bosch Stove! He did a excellent job! Will go with Mr Appliance in Georgetown for all my repairs!

We had a great experience with this company. They are friendly and professional from start to finish. We appreciated the gentleman being on-time and consideration of our home with his boot covers. He explained things in a clear and concise manner. He also repaired our dryer and it runs like a charm now. We are extremely pleased with this company and would recommend to anyone having appliance issues. Also, The cost was fair and we were happy to pay it in exchange for that level of service.

I dealt with 2 of their techs, Ethan and Randy. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional. I'll know tomorrow morning if recharging the refrigerant took care of my freezer.

This business was so easy to work with. They sent out test messages to confirm appointments and again when the service professional was on the way. I appreciated how quickly we were scheduled for service and how well they communicated. Homer fixed our dryer and oven. He was professional, friendly and quick. I would use them again without hesitation. Prices were a little better than I expected which is always nice.

Ed was very polite and professional. He showed up during the scheduled two hour window, figured out the problem with the dryer, and fixed it (still in the two hour arrival window). If another appliance needs repair in the future, I will definitely contact Mr. Appliance.

I love this company they gave us a warranty on it that if they don’t fix it as long as they don’t buy the piece for they still come fix it anyway or look at it I love it they were amazing

From Melissa in the office being very helpful and kind to Randy's knowledge and skills along with Nathaniel's skills and extra efforts to Lucas' kind help, it was a great experience all the way around. Highly recommend and definitely will use them again. Thanks to all four for their kind and helpful attitudes in fixing a high end Viking appliance.

Ethan was thorough, kind, neat and explained everything very well so I knew exactly what he was doing and what the issue was. And he was able to fix our refrigerator. He cleaned up and left everything as he found it.

Just buy a countertop ice maker for $50 and save yourself the hassle and service fee.

I made an appointment for a Samsung ice maker that was frozen up. Gave the model number at the time of the appointment so they would know in advance. They called the day before asking if they could come a day early, so we rearranged our schedules to accommodate their request.

The technician came to the house an hour after the time we were told and said it was *a known issue with Samsung* and would be $1,100 to fix. We paid $127 to hear this and since they said it was a known issue, I feel like they should've had the courtesy to call beforehand and ballpark the estimate instead of wasting our time and our money for a repair that costs more than a new appliance. Also, prior to their visit, we were able to remove the ice bin and now it won't budge at all, so we're worse off.

After today, I'm not sure I would call this company for anything in the future.
