Constraction reviews in Georgetown, Kentucky

Rick was very professional and answered all my questions quickly. The quality was excellent; but the interaction time is what sold me. Rick removes all doubt during the process. Will recommend to all my friends and coworkers.

Rick does excellent work at a reasonable price. He is skilled, professional and wonderful to work with for your project. I can't say enough good things about this business and Rick.

Another great job by McCoy Excavating! I know I can always count on Rick to get the job done right. Very professional and friendly and just a great guy to know. Highly recommend!!!

I didn't end up using McCoy but he was very helpful on the phone with my project and recommended some ways to handle it myself. 5 stars for friendly service which is so lacking elsewhere.

There is no one in the business better than McCoy Excavating. The entire experience was focused on the quality of the work. From beginning to end was totally professional. It is impossible to find someone who is as dedicated to ensuring the job is done right than McCoy. No need to look any further than McCoy!

Rick came out and quoted us a price that we could not pass up. He did everything he said he would do and more! If you are thinking of renting a machine and doing it yourself, don't! Call Rick. He will get it done professionally and in a fraction of the time at nearly the same cost for renting the equipment to DIY. Thanks again Rick! We will be calling again for our next project later this year.

Can I give more than five stars? I hired Rick to redo my gravel drive and clean up horrendous overgrowth in a paddock that had been closed off for 10 years. I cannot believe how quickly he got this done with amazing results. If you need work like this done, hire him. Just do it.

I hired Mccoy to clean up a mess caused my another excavating crew that cleaned out a pond. Mccoy cleaned up the mess at a very reasonable price. Gave us back several of our pastures. He was very easy to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone. You don't find contractors like this very often.

Rick McCoy is not only the most skilled excavator I’ve ever used, but his character, his workmanship and his honesty are so far above anyone else in the industry. He has done many projects for many and will continue to be the ONLY one I will ever use! Thanks Rick!

Had a great experience with McCoy. It is great when someone shows up just as they said they would and does better than expected. Turned an old rough and rocky field into an easily manageable yard. Very professional and highly recommended to help out with a tough project.

McCoy Excavating company did a great job on my driveway! Rick McCoy and went above and beyond on this job. Already have plans to do more projects with him and his company. Can't say enough good things...Honest, Timely, respectful and very friendly!

I've hired Rick for three projects. He installed a road/bridge on my farm. He has dug out our new home foundation and I've used him for grading work.
There are reasons I keep hiring him.
He shows up as promised and returns phone calls.
He works efficiently, doesn't waste time
He works safely around other people (huge!!!)
His prices are fair and reasonable :)
Thank you Rick
Hire Mccoy Excavating if you want quality work, done on time, correctly by someone who takes pride in their work

Cannot say enough good things about Rick McCoy with McCoy Excavating and the work he done out at my property. He does excellent work, was fair, honest, showed up when he said he would and was very easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone for all their dirt and excavation needs.

Rick did an amazing job repairing and leveling my arena, leveling and clearing my parking area and barn, and cleaning up some small unwanted structures. He exceded my expectations and his attention to detail left my place looking perfect at the completion of the work. It isn't often to find someone that still takes so much pride in their work. I highly recommend him.

My gravel driveway was beginning to show its age. So glad I called Rick to do the job right! A truckload of gravel and some grading and driveway looks good as new. Great communication and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Thanks again for job well done.

I can't say enough good things about McCoy Excavating. Rick redid our gravel drive and finish-graded our 2+ acres yard, which had been left in very rough shape by our builder. We used to feel bad when we looked out at our yard; now we love going outside! Everything looks like it should. Rick fixed a number of issues, including drainage problems. Rick also brought in another team to reseed the yard and put down straw. Rick put in long days until the job was finished, and charged a fair price. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the work completed by McCoy excavating. We reviewed the work I wanted done, he sent a fair priced estimate, made arrangements for topsoil to be delivered, and completed the work in two days. I Was confident about hiring him when he told me he would “get it done the right way, like it was his own property” (I’m paraphrasing a bit). He even did a few extra things that needed done but weren’t part of the quote. I wish all the contractors I have had to the house were as professional and set on doing the job right like McCoy excavation! I will definitely use them again

McCoy Excavating is the best I have used in YEARS ! Mr. Rick McCoy took the call & came right out gave an estimate & suggestions. He really cares about his customers wants & needs . When he came to excavate he went above expectations & was on TIME & even put up a gate ! I just wish there were more honest contractors like him ! If you need any work done save yourself time & money give McCoy a call - you will have no regrets .

Great Experience. I wish every contractor worked like Rick. Rick did some excavation work after we had a barn put in. Answered my call right away, quoted within the week, and had the job done within a few weeks. The site is amazing, exactly as promised. I highly recommend.

Having hired numerous excavation contractors over the years it was a real pleasure to work with Rick McCoy. Rick is punctual; communicates well; and most importantly operates the equipment like a true pro. We hired Rick for grading on a new home we are building and he was able to quickly complete the project and make suggestions to improve the look and appearance. Rick was very helpful when at the last minute we needed buried conduit uncovered in addition to the initial project scope. Rick’s experience and feel for operating the equipment was paramount as he operates the equipment as an extension of his person. Thanks for the great work. We will definitely hire Rick for future projects and we would recommend Rick to anyone needing a PRO!

Hiring Rick McCoy has become an annual tradition. Do not rent the skid steer and try to do it yourself. Hire Rick! It will save you time and money and the job will be done better than you could have ever done it!

Thanks again Rick! I will be calling again next year for the next yard project!
