Constraction reviews in Georgetown, Kentucky

I would give Rick and McCoy excavating a 10 star rating if I could!!! Rick did an amazing job for us! I did quite a bit of research for a local company that could take care of footing for a new indoor arena as well as finish the excavation around the new arena. I spoke with a couple companies but when I spoke with Rick on the phone I knew he was the one that we need to have do the job. His knowledge impressed both my husband and I! He took our needs seriously and discussed options with us. He wanted to make sure it was just right for us. We will recommend him to everyone! Rick is awesome and you will not find anyone better to do the job! Thank you Rick!!! You did an incredible job, and we can't Thank you enough!!!

It was refreshing to work with someone who is so professional. Rick is an excellent communicator, problem-solver, timely, and transformed our driveway in a single day. Our only regret was not contacting McCoy Excavating several years ago when our house was built. Our yard would have turned out very differently. We highly recommend McCoy for a wide range of outdoor projects without hesitation.

McCoy Excavating just completed a gravel road repair for our neighborhood and it turned out great. The road had a large quantity of holes that developed and the special equipment used to repair the road without the addition of new gravel was amazing. The previous companies that completed road repair in the past quoted adding over 10 loads of gravel for the mile long road, and using McCoy we avoided that unnecessary cost. Rick was great to work with - honest, direct, and kept me informed the entire process. He was also patient as we were working with the HOA to approve the bid going to Mccoy Excavating which took time. Rick even took the time to stop and talk with several people in the neighborhood while he was completing the repair to ensure that everyone was satisfied with his work.

We cannot thank McCoy Excavating enough! We have a long gravel driveway that was in serious need of repair. We had a difficult time finding someone to do the work for a reasonable price, but God eventually brought us to Rick McCoy. He did a fantastic job for a reasonable price and spent extra time to ensure we understood how we could best maintain the driveway moving forward. If you're looking for an honest contractor with the experience and knowledge to do the job correctly, give them a call. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

I couldn’t be happier with my round pen ! Rick is a true professional and very efficient contractor. He has a level of expertise that only comes with extensive experience. Very approachable and respectful, he also did some extra things, like smoothing over my gravel driveway ! I highly recommend him !!!

We are so happy with our new arena. Rick and his team are incredibly professional and attentive to detail. The arena truly is a work of art. We plan on using McCoy Excavating for all our needs in the future.

Driveway looks amazing after Rick finished! Couldn’t be more pleased and impressed. Very friendly, communicated well, very respectful of my property. Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the job that was done. I had lots of weeds up the center of the driveway and a hump down the center. Driveway looks brand new! THANK YOU!

Hired Rick to do a 40’x30’ pad for a detached garage and tear out old driveway and prep a new driveway on another part of the property. The garage pad required significant backfill to get it up to grade and blending in to the surrounding terrain. He did an amazing job. Highly recommend him! Very professional and clearly knows his stuff. I gave him a concept of what I wanted and he made it happen! Will definitely use him again.

Very flexible with scheduling and great quality work. Great company to use for painting and construction needs!

The GSC Construction group does great reliable work! Very attentive to the customers needs!

I was working out of town, and our trip was extended. I knew I needed some lawn care before I returned, and I called GSC. It was so nice to come home with everything nicely mowed and cleaned up. They even trimmed in places I normally don't. Excellent service. 10/10

We were out of town and needed the lawn cut. In the mean time the Helene windstorm hit and took down some branches and the cable lines. After clearing it with the cable company, GSC took care of the branches, checked the roof for any damage, and finally got to the lawn. We will be using them again for some other projects. Great service and great communication.

GSC was so easy to work with. They recently built a deck around my pool. They were prompt and finished quickly. The quote I was given was accurate and I am very pleased with the result.

I needed some skid steer work done so I thought I would give GSC a call . I can’t say enough good things about this company. Kyle was very prompt, professional and a great communicator. He was extremely knowledgeable and careful with our yard and caused zero damage during the work I needed . I will definitely call on them again for any remodeling or construction needs that I need .

I've had GSC Construction complete several projects on my property the largest being a 40×42 pole building. Attention to detail, quality work, being on-time and under budget keeps me utilizing GSC for my projects. I highly recommend GSC for any construction project.

We needed a privacy fence installed at our home. GSC Construction displayed excellent customer service, from a fast quote, to being onsite for installation, to completing our fence quickly. The craftsmanship was excellent! I would recommend them for any project outdoors and indoors!

In the last two years I have used the GSC construction company for excavation, landscaping and parking combination projects. I have new retaining walls and driveways. Now tenants have safe off street parking! The GSC quotes have been spot on and if there needs to be an adjustment in the project design it gets done without any stress. I appreciate the work they have done for my business.

I can’t say enough good things about GSC Construction! From start to finish, their team does fantastic work and really gets things done. The crew was professional, friendly, and worked with us every step of the way to bring visions to life and apartments ready for rent timely. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really shone through. Fast, efficient, and trustworthy—GSC Construction is hands down the best in Georgetown, KY. Five stars all the way—I’d recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch construction and landscaping.
