Great experience all around! Helpful in working out a few details with installation...and then making a few tweaks. Service contract was great- I never had to worry about doing things on time. All employee contact was pleasant and professional. A good decision on my part to use Raynmaster.

I have used Raynmaster Lawn Sprinklers since I built my house in 2010. They installed the whole system right after we moved in and have serviced, open and closed the system every year since. They have repaired and changed heads, etc. in the 15 years I've had service. It's a great company, run by a father and daughter who are genuine people who go out of their way to make sure my requests and needs are handled with prompt attention. They are the best I know of and I'm always telling my neighbors to hire them if they want a quality lawn sprinkling system. In my mind, there is no one better handling my system and everything involved with it working and performing perfectly. I can't say enough about this company and its owners. They are top-notch and always there when you need them. I rate this company as the best in my area and in Northern Kentucky and Ohio. They are pros and so is their staff of workers. Hats off to Raynmaster; the best of the best.

I have been with Raynmaster living in 2 different houses for around 20 years. I have never had to call them for a problem with my system. They call me for opening and closing it. I never have to worry I’ll forget. Highly recommend them!!

I have used Raynmaster since the install in 2002. Aging system so I need a good service team, and I can say their employee Bo is the best. On time and knowledgeable. Wish more service people were like him.

Raynmaster is always responsive if there are issues and resolve them quickly. My lawn is the envy of the neighborhood because we put in a sprinkler system with Raynmaster!

They were doing work next to my building when I noticed them dumping things in our woods. When I asked them what they were doing and where it came from, they ignored me and kept doing it. I left a review and someone reached out to me saying if I took it down that they would make sure it was cleaned up. Well about 6 months later and it never happened. Very unprofessional.

Last week they did a good job of blowing off the patios. I even gave the worker a cold drink and thanked him. This week, they blew grass all over the patios and never blew it off! Very inconsistent! The account manager, Eric (who was so very nice), called me to discuss the issue. He has assured me that he will be sending a crew to make sure all grasses are blown off all porches and patios! He told me to call him should anything like this happen again. I certainly appreciate the response from Eric!

They do a pretty good job keeping the complex I live in looking good. 3 stars because they just park wherever they want in middle of road and never have cones out. Also why are they laying down on the grass relaxing at 4:50? Aspen Pines in wilder. As another person stated just inconsistent with cleaning up grass on sidewalks as well
