Horrible Team To Pick For Landscaping Needs. Steer Clear unless you want over charged for services you did not ask for. Billing (watch your bills) they give an estimate for one thing and charge another. Get everything in writing. Do not look for proper communication in this company nobody has a clue what is going on half the time. Its the same thing always with them complete FAILURE! Use anyone else in Lexington you will get better services and pricing. Lesson Learned New Landscapers for sure will replace this lack luster group of poor performance /low skilled group.

Very knowledgeable and Quality of service is great. We use Diamond Landscape for Mowing, Snow Plowing, Irrigation and Tree Service.

Wonderful customer service along with beautiful landscape design and lawn care. They have exceeded expectations for service and are also on top of snow removal and salting for customer safety .

We have been using Diamond's services for approx. 5 years now.
They have always done what we have asked and needed. From Lawn care to snow removal they are our go to professionals.

They do not care about how they do the job as long as the job gets done . just washed and cleaned my car and now it has all sorts of stuff all down the side of it where they blew it all over my car. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They do not care about other peoples things just how fast they can get the job done .

The crew they have for blowing leaves in commercial properties parking lots blows mud from flower beds onto vehicles with their leaf blowers. It just rained and there is mud 360 around my entire car from top to bottom. Branches were blown under my car and I had to lay down in the parking lot to pull them out from under my car in my work clothes. Absolutely unacceptable and can damage peoples vehicles. Called the office no less than 20 times in one day and no one ever answered the phone lines.

Diamond Landscape has provided our property maintenance, including mowing, landscape and snow removal for over eight years. We continue to be pleased with their adherence to schedule and performance.

As a Property Manger we have used Diamond Landscape for the past 2 years. While they have been our landscapers we have won the Brad Houts Beautification Award given out by the Greater Lexington Apartment Association during this time. If we ever have any issues Hunter our account representative has been quick to resolve. I respect Chris as the owner and he has always listened to my concerns and found resolution.

I live at an apartment complex that Diamond Landscapes maintains the grounds for. This is a very dog friendly community and I was very surprised when I walked out of my door and had two of the men on their riding lawnmowers just there waiting on me and me waiting on them. We were waiting on the concrete walkway outside my door but they moved in and it scared my dogs. Even though I was on the concrete I felt unsafe with my dogs. I made eye contact with one of the men and he just looked at me and came so close that we all went back inside. I was very disappointed in the workers of Diamond Landscapes. As I said this is a very dog friendly community and I have set times that I take my dogs out due to a feeding schedule and work. I have never encountered the lawn service here because they usually cut the grass early in the day. I want to feel safe in my apartment in every way and was very unsettled about the blank look I received from the worker and the way he came so close to us and the way he went back and forth cutting the grass until went back inside.

Hunter and Chris are very professional and help maintenance the landscape of the property I manage. If I ever have any questions, they are quick to give me great answers and deliver on their work. They have transformed the entrance of the property to look fantastic. I really appreciate everything they do.

Diamond Landscapes works with our company providing everything from landscaping, grass cutting and snow and ice removal. They are very responsive, professional and do a great job.

Do not use this service for your lawn care needs. They do poor work, cut your lawns as fast as they can, Miss huge portions of your lawn and don’t care. Then when you try to communicate with their workers, most of them don’t understand English. Absolute worst lawn care business anywhere. Then good luck trying to reach someone to talk to on the phone. They never return calls and hardly ever answer their phones. Do not hire them if you want a good lawn care company.

I was visiting my family at an apartment complex on Taylorsville Rd in Louisville. Their crew was using blowers, one of which is high powered. They were blowing the debris, including leaves, sticks, pine needles, gravel, and mud in the parking lot all over the vehicles including my new $60k truck. I became very angry and let them know about it. They laughed. If you own a business and want to have damage done to patron's property and possibly your own, they're the ones to hire..... absolutely not!!!

These guys are at my apartment complex and blew leaves and dirt literally all over my vehicle so much so that it is on my roof, all over the hood, and completely surrounding my wheels. Not sure why they targeted my car, but now I have to go get a wash and hope that there is not any damage or I will be calling my lawyer. Paint repair on a $50,000 Lexus won’t be cheap. If you needed me to move my vehicle (even though it was in my driveway) then I would have done so no problem. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate . I would never use these people.

Great business, very professional and courteous but best of all did a terrific job and I felt it was a very fair value. Would use again and highly recommend. I originally worked with David and would suggest you reach out to him for best service.
