I submitted a complaint and will be calling the Lexington, KY Coit. After being delivered late, the rug was NOT cleaned. It was delivered on Friday, 4 days late, we rolled it out last night, Sunday and it was not cleaned at all, not even vacuumed or touched! I have used Coit before, but will NOT use them again. I will be calling to get this rectified. We sent 2 rugs and have not looked at the second rug but we are assuming the same. This is awful service!

Edit: I received a call from COIT cleaning and discussed my issue. I was informed that it is very common for carpet to feel damp-wet, and that it is normal to expect the carpet to be dry within 12-24 hours. So, I was unfair in my evaluation. To Cameron, I am sorry to have incorrectly identified you as a worker who was in too much of a hurry. My best to you all at COIT.

8/25/2025 Cameron was on time, cordial and polite. We are repeat customers because we had previously received carpet cleaning services that exceeded our expectations. When the man left the house, the carpet was almost completely dry. It took him more time than Cameron’s efforts, but our master bedroom carpeting probably won’t be fully dry for another 24 hours. Minimum. I’m not pleased. He was done with a large master bedroom, upstairs landing, large bedroom over the garage, lower landing and 14 stairs in about an hour. If this is standard, and my expectations are unreasonable please let me know. Otherwise you’re out a repeat customer.

You guys did a great job cleaning our area rug. I didn’t get a chance to take a before-and-after picture, but our rug was very dirty, and you cleaned it up very nicely. Thank you, I’m your customer now. Thanks to Mr. Wes and Cameron Lawson for your service and patience.

Great service for air vent cleaning only the price had gone up a lot which is nothing unusual for this day and age. Service people were fantastic and would recommend them anytime. Totally satisfied with service.

WOW!!! I have had some bad sinus issues. Thanks to Brandon and Richard I CAN BREATHE. They cleaned out the air ducts in my house. I was amazed at what they cleaned out. It wasn't pretty.

Disappointed carpet cleaning.

Stains remained that I removed without equipment. Very chemically smell leftover. All carpet was left wet and had to air dry - meaning they didn't use extraction well. Don't just use them due to convenience - price shop and find a company that actually takes care of their customers needs and pride in the work.

Pretty disappointed actually.
Had ducts and carpets cleaned. Lady on the phone said they could move a kids dresser to clean under and they didn't.
I asked to see the bag of debris after duct cleaning and they didn't. The men even said they would send a pic if I didn't get home in time. A week later no picture. I was told they would vacuum and there was debris everywhere.
I took random pics inside the ducts after treatment was done.
I'm pretty sure they didn't even go in one duct because there was old paper in there. Or they put it back? Definitely didn't tell me. Nor did they tell me there was a kids toy down one. Also was done under 2 hours to do 9 ducts. Definitely over priced.

I have a stained dining room chair and Coit was able to get most of the really bad stains out. We have used Coit for our dryer duct cleaning too. Very nice and helpful staff!! I would use them again!

Unfortunately, my rugs were dropped off uncleaned. I paid entirely too much for my rugs to not have been touched. I could've done a better job by renting a deep cleaner and doing it myself. My rugs weren't clean or even vacuumed for that matter. This is a huge disappointment and inconvenience to my time, money, and energy. I read mixed reviews, but wanted to give this company a chance. Sadly, they didn’t hold up to their standards. I’ve called and sent pictures, so hopefully they'll make it right and reclean the rugs. It's sad companies want your money but don't want to provide adequate service for your money.

I've spent hundreds of dollars and my ducts are not clean. Check out this video of the vent in my kitchen - there are whole pieces of debris. Then I wiped down in my duct in the bathroom with a white cloth and it came out black. So then I went down in the crawlspace-- there are also some gaps in the ductwork where you can see inside and there is tons of mold and dust remaining! Additionally, I read after I had this done that flex duct has a lifespan of approximately 20 years and a good company would have advised replacement, especially as flex duct is nearly impossible to clean properly. The tech and sales rep were very nice, but now I have wasted $750 and still have a dirty, musty system!

I also got them to clean my carpets that day. They were 3 hours late supposed to be here between 12-1pm, didn't show til 4pm and no one called me to let me know. I had to call them at 3 to see where they were. That tech cleaned 1400 square feet in 45 minutes. With the state of ducts, who knows if the carpet is actually clean. They gave me a $50 credit for having to wait, which I guess is something.

Overall story - I do NOT recommend COIT!

I needed a bid to paint and stain a playset in the backyard. They came over quickly and gave me a reasonable bid on the job. They completed it in a timely manner. There was one issue which they properly resolved. I would highly recommend.

Michael and crew replaced concrete sidewalk that was tagged by the city for replacement outside of my home. They were fast, efficient, and competitively priced. Would highly recommend.

Appreciate Mike and Josh' s quick response and help with my plumbing issues and correcting some errors that former plumbers had done.

Had a broken drawer that needed repair and Michael and Marcus came by and repaired it in a timely manner. Cost was very reasonable. They were polite and respectful and got the job done. Will definitely hire them again when needing similar projects in the future

Michael with J&M Home Services responded with speed when my spiritual center was having trouble with our cooling system during the extreme heat in July of 2024. The problem was quickly diagnosed and resolved. I highly recommend Michael with J&M Services for his competency and professionalism.

Michael Miller & crew at J & M Home Services did a complete wiring on my shed, they put in wiring, electric panel, switches, light fixtures & installed a heat & ac unit in the wall, awesome job, highly recommend these fellas, a 2nd job for me. Plan on having them back for more work

Mike has done multiple jobs for me. We sold our house and needed multiple small jobs completed for the inspection. He showed up as promised and the jobs were quoted well under other quotes I received. He completed the jobs same day and with high quality. Highly recommend

Mike and crew completed several projects for us to help finish our basement. Projects included HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and tiling. We chose him because he was skilled in many areas. It was nice to only need one contractor for most of the project! Several pics of our basement are shown on his page. Mike is trustworthy, kind, and courteous and was always respectful of our home and space. He pays attention to detail and guarantees his work. Mike will treat you like family.
