My experience with Coit was great! I highly recommend them and will use again.
An incident occurred during the cleaning of a vent and Coit immediately addressed the matter.

i’m not sure what the name of the guy who did the job was but he was a younger guy with blonde hair and i truly wish him the best he was so patient with me while i ran around crazy this morning after working a graveyard shift, he got the job done fast, it’s looked great afterwards and he was so polite and respectful. whoever he was he deserves a pay raise for sure

Very please with my overall experience with COIT. Greg the sales consultant answered everyone of our questions. And the guys that came out especially Bryce was fantastic. I would definitely use them again!

Brandon was great! Apparently my dryer vent is unusual and difficult to clean. Brandon stuck with it until the job was completed successfully. I am very appreciative.

I recently hired COIT to clean my air ducts, and while the service itself seemed thorough, the overall experience was not great.

First, I was told the technicians would arrive between 8:30 and 9:30 and that I’d receive a call 30 minutes prior. When about 9:15 rolled around with no word, I had to call the company myself. I will say that while I was on the phone with customer service, the technician called me. At that p[oint, he informed me he had delayed the appointment due to cold weather but failed to notify me, which was frustrating, and he even acknowledged that. It would have bene helpful to know they'd be late so I could have adjusted my schedule.

The salesperson confirmed to me that before-and-after pictures of the ducts would be taken, but the technician said emphatically that they don’t take photos. This discrepancy in communication is disappointing and made me question what else might be inconsistent.

The duct cleaning itself appeared to be done well, and the technician even recorded a video inside one of the ducts, which I appreciated. However, he seemed annoyed (with the company, not me) about having to use his personal phone for this, mentioning a past incident where his phone was damaged, and the company didn’t replace it.

A bigger issue was the damage caused during the service. The giant suction machine scratched my hardwood floors, and the technician left a noticeable mess. On the second story, where my vents are on the ceiling, dust and dirt fell below each vent and wasn’t cleaned up. While I've never had this service done before, I would have expected better attention to detail and care for my home.

While the technician was friendly and seemed skilled at cleaning the ducts themselves, the lack of communication, damage to my home, and the mess left behind have made me less than happy with the service.

Paul was absolutely wonderful to work with. Very much so! He kept us up to date. Asked questions before starting. I liked everything about your service. We will definitely be using you all from this time forward.

Carpets look good and they got some tough stains out .The workers were friendly and professional.However, I was supposed to get my bathroom tile cleaned, but jdue to their miscommunication, the workers didn't bring
the right tools. They will need to come back to
finish the job.

Home ducts were never cleaned, the service tech got right to the job and was done with in an hour and a half. Showed us the garbage in the ducts that was removed. Quite a bunch of allergen from the dog and cat.

Jacob did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. Was prompt and very professional.

COIT did an amazing job on our carpets and area rugs - any stains are gone! They were very informative and gave us great advice on how different types of rugs need different techniques, especially when the process could potentially harm hardwood floors. They were efficient onsite, and were very accurate on timing required for scheduling, picking up and delivering rugs cleaned on their premise. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and personable!

I couldn’t be happier with this service! The technician did an outstanding job! This photo shows what was in my house and I didn’t know it. I highly recommend COIT to my family and friends!Thank you COIT!

They did not do a great job 1. They damaged my nets for my intake and they knocked over my mail box when parking

Kitchen tile cleaned and Haystack seal added. It looks beautiful and brand new. The workers were prompt and polite. Very pleased.

The Coit team was very professional and knowledgeable ! We were given an estimate and had the air ducts cleaned the following day. They communicated throughout the process ! Would highly recommend !

We are installing a new HVAC unit in our house and wanted to clean our duct before installation. We called to COIT Cleaning and Restoration Services. They sent their residential cleaning consultant Wes the next day. Receptionist was very nice and polite. Wes is very punctual and professional. He inspected our home and gave us the total price of duct cleaning and sanitizing services. He also suggested us to clean our dryer system and carpets as well. We originally wanted to clean only duct but it was such a great idea to clean dryer system as well. Thanks to Wes! Their cleaning specialists are coming tomorrow. Now we have great or even greater expectations from duct and dryer system cleaning specialists!

After a recommendation and google search COIT was my choice to clean the kitchen floor. The company sent supposedly an expert to provide a quote. It was higher than I expected but thought they will do a better job. After the actual staff came in to clean the floor I had another story and different cost. It was more than double the quote initially they gave. Started hearing how bad the floor and damaged and the person gave the quote is not an expert. I started hearing “he” and “they” as they are not the same company. This is happen more and more. You get a quote for a job and when they arrive they try to squeeze more money. Honestly the floor was not any better after the cleaning. They did a good job on the grout cleaning. After little traffic on the floor start showing prints. No polish or seal occurred. Be ware when you hire COIT ask for all the details and steps they will take to clean. Their quote was not clear what they will actually do and I believe on purpose.

The COIT employee was very professional while he did his job. My carpet texture is improved due to the cleaning. The professional took his time did it right!! Kudos 👏

Easy to make appointment and Brandon arrived promptly! He was very professional and did a very thorough job cleaning my dryer vent.
