They’ve been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would happily recommend them to anyone! They were easy to contact, and remained in touch throughout the project!

We have used Bluegrass Soft Wash for three years to handle our Christmas lights. Reasonable pricing and excellent service. They are quick to replace any lights that may go out during the season. We plan to use them for years to come!

Nathan and his crew washed about 400 square feet of moss and related plant material from our garage roof. The garage was adjacent to a very large and dense tree with branches extending over one complete side of the roof for approximately 15 years. The tree was removed, Nathan from Bluegrass Soft Wash provided an estimate for the work, scheduled the work shortly thereafter and arrived at the appointed time to clean the roof.

The plant material was completely eradicated in a very short time, any areas that were impacted by the eradication were cleaned and now the roof is free from the moss and other potential damaging plant material.

Bluegrass Soft Wash did a great job on our house! We had stains on our siding and on a brick retaining wall that I thought we would never get clean, but they did it! We even had another company come out a couple of years ago and they were not able to get the stains off of our siding. The Bluegrass Soft Wash technicians showed up on time and even worked in the rain. There was no high-pressure sales pitch either. Thanks for the great job!

Nathan did what he said he would, arrived on time and left everything cleaned up. Our house was in the April flood and was covered with river muck and also whisky fungus from the distillery 1/2 mile down the river from us. Our house looks new again! Price at the end was what he quoted. Good guy to work with and fantastic work. We'll use again!

He called me within moments of sending a message on his website to learn more about the job and got an estimate for the work to me within a day. He stayed in close communication when I was interested in getting the job done as soon as possible and got it scheduled before my desired date, even though that wasn't a guarantee.
