The Klausing Group has partnered with Lexington Hearing & Speech Center for many, many years. They anticipate our needs and do an amazing job keeping our grounds looking beautiful for our children and families.

The Klausing Group donated mowing services to a grassroots bicycling event I promoted. The representatives of the company were prompt, professional and went out of their way to ensure my unorthodox request was satisfied.

The Klausing crew took over our grounds keeping about 2 years ago. They are very reliable and service is immepcable. I do not have to watch over them to make sure the job is complete. They handle approximatley 450 acres at the facility.

Met with Roscoe and Dan through the Green Biz Challenge and had a great experience. They seemed genuinely interested in our issues and interests at Growing Together Preschool and gave us some really great ideas for addressing problems and expanding on our interests. I also love their focus on sustainability both in their own business and the larger community.

The Klausing Group has been providing the lawn care service to God's Pantry Food Bank for years. Our grounds are very well maintained year round from the mulching in the spring to leaf removal in the fall. Their constant attention to cutting our grass and their lawn care services ensure that we have a great presentation to the public and we are proud of the appearance of our facility year round. Unprofessional employees given a vehicle with a company name. You would think there would be standards or just something simple in place on how to act on the road.
I hope the company addresses this issue with their staff and emphasizes the importance of safe driving. Until then, I cannot recommend their services.

I came to know Roscoe Klausing and Klausing Group through my work coordinating with volunteers who maintain garden beds on the Legacy Trail. Klausing Group maintains one of the beds and does an excellent job of it. Certainly, they are professionals but they didn't miss the opportunity to beautify the trail with the donation of their time and expertise. They are much appreciated!

Klausing Group is a professional, well-ordered service the I love working with at my facilities. They are flexible and available for on-demand calls when issues arise and are always responsive to requests. Having them on my facility maintenance team gives me less worry in my job duties and ease of mind when I go home at the end of each day.

I have known of Klausing Group for years but only just recently employed them to do some landscaping work. Probably the easiest business transaction I have ever had. Everyone I worked with was very professional, polite and responsive. Klausing Group is a great company with great people.

This company is top notch. I have had experience with many other companies over the last 15+ years and this organization is one of the best if not the best. The entire staff takes great pride in everything that they put their name on. From the guy that sharpens the mower blades all the way up to the CEO. This company is special. While most companies get in business to solely make money, this crew cares more about treating people right, doing what they can for the environment and making sure that their customers' best interest is always kept a priority. I would highly recommend The Klausing Group to any one who wants to be taken care of the right way and by the right people!

I am honored to write a recommendation for Roscoe Klausing and the Klausing group landscape team. I am so impressed with Klausing Group's dedication and "Green" approach to landscape maintenance. While others talk about being "Green" Klausing Group lives it through their services and in their own facility. From a service perspective Klausing Group provides prairie management, which creates wildlife habitats, and a natural fertilization program, that enriches the environment/animals/people. In their facility they personify "Green" with a live vegetated roof that is not only lovely but environmentally friendly. They also have a rain water conservation system and replaced a water detention basin with a rain garden and wildlife habitat. These guys truly love the environment and nature.

Our business has worked with Klausing Group since almost their beginning. Its been a pleasure to watch Roscoe and his team grow Klausing Group into the business it is today. They have always kept a quality over quantity mentality that is essential to happy clients. We have also been impressed by the amount of training, quality control, and dedication given by Klausing Group's high character employees. Also, by donating 5% of their profits back to our local community, Klausing Group is giving back to our local area. We highly recommend Klausing Group for any landscaping or maintenance needs you may have.

I believe they do not sterilize their mulch. Last spring/summer, the fresh mulch looked great in the pachysandra beds. This spring, year, the pachysandra are overrun with Crown Vetch. (Crown Vetch is an aggressive ground cover developed by Penn State for the Department of Transportation.)

When they came to service the yard (mowing, watering, fertilization, etc. . . ) they never left a note on the door explaining what service they provided that day, nor any instructions as to what I should do to maintain the lawn/landscapinng between services.

They also planted pachysandra in a clay bed, where it could not take root and thrive. The bed should have been prepared and amended before planting.

We were staying at the Kentucky Horse Park Campground, which they mow. It was clearly obvious that we were packing up to leave. Our truck doors were open as well as the hatches on our camper. Not once, but twice their employee mowed right up next to us with the discharge pointed towards us. We are covered as well as our camper. We have grass in our hatches and truck. I would think for safety purposes that a professional would know that you don’t mow with the discharge toward people.

Great work! Affordable and reliable. Definitely recommend Los Primos!
