Matt with GreenBox was very prompt on his arrival, very professional, got right to the assessment of our HVAC issues with thorough diagnostics, kept us informed, and helped get our needed parts for repair ordered quickly. We have had 2 different Matts from GreenBox work to restore our HVAC service. Both were great! Also Logan Phillips did some electrical work & he was very nice& professional! Thank you

Matt Tibbetts was our technician & was amazing. He was on time, very respectful, & kept me in the loop of what all was going on with my system. I was not home when he finished so he went in and made sure my windows were shut in the main areas of my home so it would be cooled down by time I returned home. He even had to help with my dog that got loose. lol I’d recommend him and GreenBox to any of my friends and family!!
