Dom is the only person you want to contact for any HVAC needs. Don’t even bother calling any other company. Had an old system that was constantly having issues. I decided to do my due diligence and reach out to several places for quotes. Not only was Quantum the best, they were also the most professional and timely. Anyone reading this do yourself a favor call Quantum, after talking with them sit back and relax they are going to take care of your issues and you.

I will never call anyone else!! Our ac went down today in the middle of a heat wave. We have 4 special needs dogs. I was calling everyone to try and get someone out. Dom, the owner, texted me within 15 minutes. My husband explained the issue and Dom was pretty confident he knew exactly what it was. He was close by and was here within 30 minutes. Fixed it in 10 minutes. And on top of that, the nicest most humble man. That is customer service and we will only use him from this day forward

Their service is top tier, thorough, and they go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with their work and well informed along the way. Their pricing is very competitive, especially for the service that’s provided.
When looking for a system replacement, an upgrade, or anything between, I’ve learned that Quantum should be the first and only call to make.

Dom came out for an overtime call because our unit froze up during the hottest part of the summer! He was kind, professional, and helpful, giving us suggestions to keep this from happening again! We will absolutely use Quantum again in the future to keep our unit in good working order.

First cold snap of the year and our 20 year old furnace was finally shot. Dom was able to come over same day and give a fair quote for a new one, which he then procured and installed within a day of us accepting the quote. A+ experience. Highly recommend.

We had really poor airflow at our registers because old ductwork was leaking conditioned air into our crawlspace. Dom and his crew replaced all the old ductwork and we can feel a huge difference! They cleaned up all the disintegrating old material really well, always arrived on time, and good communication. Thanks!

Our heat pump went out in 90 degree weather. Because of my husband's health condition, I was very concerned. I looked at the Google ratings for HVAC, and liked what people said about QUANTUM Comfort Heating & Cooling. The owner, Dom Stevenson, came that day to help us. Our 15-year-old heat pump was shot, so Dom handled everything very quickly and installed a new heat pump the next morning--today. They've just finished and my husband and I are sitting here in blissful coolness. As well, everything was cleaned up beautifully. He and the gentlemen who work for him are polite and kind. Because he owns the company, I can tell Dom really cares that everything is done right. This is a quality company.

If I could give ten stars I would. While helping my mom her 20 year old furnace fan broke down. We called all over Lexington and although it’s below zero outside we couldn’t get anyone who could fix it same day.
Dom himself answered my call, when I told him I also have a two year old at home - he gave me his word that he would do everything he could to get it fixed today.
He did. He was fair and honest and fast. I would refer him to anyone. Top shelf service.

Dom did an amazing job handling a special request of evacuating the charge off my after market ac on my 1963 Chevy II. He was very professional, personal and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for you residential or commercial HVAC needs.
