Dom was willing to add me on at the end of a long day to come diagnose my HVAC problem at a rental property. He was Professional, courteous, and very efficient. He explained the problem thoroughly and went out of his way to serve me as the customer. I highly recommend him!

Dom and his team are the best. Was able to fit in a service call booked on Friday at 5:30pm and got there in 15 minutes was done within an hour. Would highly recommend

I can’t thank Dom and his crew(Allen and Tommy) enough. They were very friendly and respectful of the property. They worked efficiently and left without leaving a trace. My issue was fixed promptly and reasonably.
Also, a shoutout to the office; scheduling and assigning crew was fast with great communication. They have my business going forward!

I’m someone who likes to understand how things work, but a lot of contractors just gloss over the details. Not Dom. He knows his stuff and was willing to dig into the nitty-gritty with me, which I really appreciated.

Dom, Alan, & Tommy did a phenomenal job installing our new heating and AC unit in 1 day. These are the most respectful, professional, polite and knowledgeable young men. He was highly recommended by someone who lived in my neighborhood and I’m glad we chose his company! He never came off as being pushy or like a salesman. His first priority was making sure he provided the best service to ensure my family and I could get back to normal life with heat in our house! He provided all options for us and explained it to me well enough for me to understand. He made sure to maintain constant contact and keep us updated with part ordering/availability and scheduling installation. He was always prompt and on time which earned all my respect! I had a frustrating experience with Quantum. I called them out for a simple thermostat installation quote. After looking at my home, the technician (later realized he was the owner) spent the rest of the visit trying to up sell me on expensive equipment. I consider myself a savvy shopper and do my share of online research, so I knew how much the thermostat was he wanted to sell me should have been. His price was hundreds OVER the retail price, plus the installation fee.
Fine, I understand that buying the product from you saves me time and a trip to the store, but its not worth that much to me.
I asked him for a quote to install a thermostat that I purchased myself. He flat out refused. He told me the van sitting outside my house was 57k and he had to pay for it somehow and by not selling me that thermostat, it wouldn't be worth his time.

This kind of hard sell approach is really off-putting. I just wanted honest service and advice, not a sales pitch. I won’t be using Quantum again and wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for straightforward, trustworthy service.
