This company is a complete scam. A technician came to my house and was late, extremely rude, and quoted me double what another business was able to quote me for a chimney cleaning. He required me to pay a $300 deposit before he left, before any work was done at all. I have been trying to call and cancel the service (reminder that no work has been done to my house at all) and refund my $300 deposit. Every time I call they say a "manager" will call me back. I have been calling for 3 weeks and the manager is yet to call me. Do not use this company.

We had birds nesting in there again (ugh), they swept everything, removed the mess, and sealed the gap near the cap, house doesn’t stink anymore thank God.
