Nature Scapes has their own schedule, but if I need another spraying for whatever reason they always respond, no charge.

Excellent customer service and always professional. Always let me know when they are coming to service the lawn. Kristin is so knowledgeable and really knows the business inside and out. Highly recommend this company.

My issue isn't with the quality, but with logistics. I signed up for the annual lawn care product. when applied, it works as advertised. Every application i have to get them to come back out to reapply in areas they missed. It's not uncommon for them to apply MINUTES before a downpour(2/3 of my applications). The final straw was calling them a few weeks ago to reapply(72hr guarantee) and have yet to see them.

At the moment, trugreen will be my lawn care choice next spring.

With so many lawn services today, I can recommend Naturescape in Lexington, KY without reservation. They're professional, courteous, and thorough. Plus, their prices are competitive.

This is my first year with Naturescape. I have found them to be responsive and willing to work with me. Last spring was terribly wet. Due to so much rain, the violets did not get the early treatment that I had hoped, but some were eradicated. However, the dandelions were nearly wiped out. I will say, though, that Andrew, Kristen, and Tiffany have been totally responsive to every request I have made, even going above the call of duty. In spite of the avalanche of fall lawn prep, Andrew managed to work on my time schedule and get my lawn aerated and overseeded. Summer was unkind to my lawn and Andrew gave it the extra attention it needed to better prepare it for winter. I will use Naturescape again in the spring and am looking forward to a much improved, healthier, weedless lawn thanks to Naturescape’s Lexington crew.

Service was provided at times that made sense for the chemicals they were using, and they haven't pressured us to buy extra services we didn't want. (I hate getting calls and knocks on my door from their competitors!) Very professional and non-obtrusive. I highly recommend NatureScape.

I continue to have years of excellent service by Naturescape & the mosquito treatment has been superior to any other vendor in town! They truly stand behind their work! Personnel is excellent also!

Most ppl pay $$ so that their lawn service can assist with taking care of it, or at least let you know if something needs to be done. My lawn after their "treatments" had an large infestation of grubs which they failed to treat for or give a heads up on when these huge areas appeared. Now almost the whole side yard and 2 large sections in the back have to be dug up and reseeded. Money well spent. Lol. Just save yours.

Price has risen a bit every year that they have serviced my lawn.

The GOOD NEWS! I like what they do!
The first treatment, almost 8 years ago, eliminated the fine crop of dandelions and other assorted weed plants with the first application. Also, my thin grass cover, due to excess weeds, began to visibly fill in. By the second feeding, it was lush and green, just like the cover of their brochure.
Their service broke the chain of three lawns in a row that were unsightly. Having the middle lawn kind of embarrassed the other two into asking what I did.
One subscribed to the service immediately and the other found his own way to treat his problems.
I pay attention to lawns that display other lawn service signs. Lots of others out there competing for your dollar.
None do any better than Naturescape.
Also available are tree and shrub care, pruning, mowing, aeration, mosquito control, preventative grub control and preventative Emerald Ash and Bronze Borer control.

They pretty much do it all.
Easy to subscribe to online and every treatment results in a report of the treatment and products used for your property.

Going on 9th year and haven't found any better service.

I’ve been with Naturescape for a long time and everyone talks about how great my yard looks.

I have been using the NatureScene mosquito control for a few years and it is great. I can be outside without worrying about the bites from mosquitoes. I sign up each year before the end of December to get the discount. NatureScene ma kes my summers more enjoyable.

Naturescape has great prices and great people working for them. I highly recommend them to anyone that hates weeds and bugs. Last year they took care of all my weeds and spayed for mosquitoes and never had any problems with either. They made my yard beautiful and I was able to sit outside and night without getting ate up. Like I said they are great and I will never use anyone else for my yard.

I was with a different service for the first few years I lived at my current residence and every year they were a pain to deal with. Finally I did an exhaustive search to find a new service provider and decided to try Naturescape. They have been professional, courteous and they provide the service I want for a fair and reasonable price. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
