We have used John Estes Plumbing for years and wouldn't use any other plumbing company. They are prompt, courteous, and do outstanding work.

Estes Plumbing replaced a water heater in my home in a difficult location without any problems. They were very professional and I would highly recommend.

I don't leave many reviews but John Estes Plumbing has become my "go to" place for plumbing needs.

I've been remodeling a house and I feel Steve/John always do work, they always call me back quickly, schedule me quickly and take time to assess any other issues I have questions about that are not related to what I called for.

My family has been using John Estes Plumbing & Heating for 40 years. They have always given us perfect service--always! My father and mother always called on them, my husband and I always call on them, and now our daughter and her husband call on them. (They're funny, too: Our little schnauzer used to bark at them and they called him "Killer.") John Wigglesworth, who owns the company, just saved us again today from a water leak. He diagnosed and repaired a plugged-up condensation drain on our AC in 15 minutes! They're the best.

I tried this company based on neighborhood reviews. He was a godsend. He fixed the sink fast, charged less than we expected, and kept me laughing the whole time. No affiliation. I’ll definitely use this company again. He made an awful situation bearable, even enjoyable. Very positive attitude. He was as sure he’d fix it as I was sure it’d be a bigger job. He was right.

John Estes recently replaced my water heater. They were able to complete the work the day after we agreed on price. The job took about an hour and a half and came in less than the estimated cost. Clean, professional work.

We've used Estes for many years for several family member's homes and for rental properties. They are responsive and get 'er done! They give me the same level urgency that they would give a family member who is without plumbing/water/etc.

After discovering my water heater had started leaking I made the call to John Estes. He was able to come out assess the situation and told me he would have a tech here the next day. The techs Sean and his assistant Brandon did a great job. They were friendly, professional and thorough. I know if I have any issues with my homes plumbing this is my one call.

Very personable and professional. The gentlemen answered my questions in a way I understand. I have used John Estes Plumbing before and will always go to them with plumbing problems. Prices are more than reasonable also.

I called them after another company couldn't fix the clog in my kitchen sink. They came quickly and resolved the problem. Very friendly and great with my puppy and cats. Cleaned up after and were respectful of my home. I will use them again and refer everyone to them. Great service and very knowledgeable.

I used Estes Plumbing for the first time today and WOW was I impressed! The service was stellar -- 5 stars ++++. I have used other plumbing companies over the years but never again!! Estes responded to my call quickly, came the same day and did an excellent job at a very fair price. They are just the BEST!!

I called him, came one hour later, installed sink, garbage disposal, remove the old one, cleaned up, Roto ruined my drain, all in less than one hour. Clear the sign of a business that works for themselves taken care of their customers. I’ve added them to my phone list in my phone.

I am only doing business with them because my leasing office pays for it. The service has been very unprofessional. Sean, the technician, was unprofessional and seemed upset when I called him back after he left me a voicemail. He treated me poorly and eventually gave me the company phone number, but the first number he provided was wrong. When he finally gave me the correct number, it felt like he was blaming me for needing to call him back since I couldn't answer the phone initially.

When I called the company, the person who answered didn’t want to listen to my issue and simply told me that someone would contact me. I was trying to explain that I prefer communication via text message because I work in graphic design and find it difficult to answer phone calls, but he just hung up on me. This seems like a small company, and it will likely stay that way if they don’t start acting more professionally.

This company installed 4 toilets in my home. One on March 2024 and 3 Spring 2025. In addition to overcharging for toilet handles by more than $200, the plumbers broke the Flange on all 4 toilets and with each flush, small amounts of water leaked onto the ceiling of my finished basement. After discovering this problem, contacting John, sending photos, he refuses to return my phone calls.

Worst plumber I ever called. Rude, incompetent, and overpriced. Did not fix the clog, and I had to call another plumber the same day.
As far as I am concerned, they just took my money and gave nothing in return. If I could give no stars for the review, it would be too kind to them. Not only were the employees rude and disrespectful, but so was the owner. Beware of these guys.

Brandon and his team mate installed a hot water heater today. They were great and very respectful of my house.

Brandon, Justin, and the others at John Estes Plumbing are my new first choice for work on our houses. They recently fixed what looked like a simple problem... which proved to be unusually difficult because of the outdated parts involved. They rendered excellent service at a reasonable price and didn't stop until all the issues were resolved. I appreciate their professionalism and expertise. Highly recommended!

I feel I must share how amazing this company is. Today on very short notice and in the middle of an home water emergency, I was panicking until they came. It’s so difficult to find a word to explain the extensive attention given to my problem. Yes it was finally discovered by not giving up and using a depth of professional experience and knowledge. It’s so gratifying to know I will be taken care of! Truly they are a family five star local business. Thank you.
