After much online research, we booked an appointment with PROfetick. It was an easy process, and the lady who answered the phone (both times) was friendly and full of answers.

Oliver visited our home to address a variety of issues and he diagnosed the main problem within two minutes, while also doing minor repairs along the way.

We booked an appointment for the next day to have a much-needed water heater replacement, all at a price that didn’t have any sticker shock. He was done in less than two hours.

Hello, I wanted to say that we appreciated the service provided by Profetik Plumbing. Oliver came to change out our kitchen faucet. He was efficient and cleaned up when finished. I would not hesitate to call them again for plumbing service.

GREAT service from Trish, Oliver and Darryl. Oliver and Darryl arrived on time and they were VERY respectful and professional. It took under 20min for them to remove the old and install the new bathroom faucet AND fix the mess I made when I tried to fix the dripping pipe under the sink. I have been a satisfied customer for 19+ years.

I cannot say enough positive words about Jake at Pipe Surgeon Plumbing! This guy went above and beyond to fix an issue that I had been avoiding dealing with for nearly a year. I was dreading it, and Jake had the issue resolved in about 15 minutes. Thank again, Jake!

Tanner and Trent did a fantastic job and were extremely helpful. We called Pipe Surgeon because our hot water wasn't lasting as long as it should and was heating inconsistently. Due to the age of our water heater (13 years), they recommended replacing it, but also estimated other options for us including simply replacing the heating element and other quality of life improvements that we asked about related to hot water throughout the house. We wanted time to evaluate the options given. They didn't charge for the visit and said the estimates given were good for 30 days, so I didn't feel pressured into making a decision. Ultimately we decided to replace the water heater without the additional quality of life improvements for now. They replaced the water heater and advised us on its care and maintenance. Our old water heater had an expansion tank that was installed using a plastic brace to hold it to the wall which always left me a little nervous in the way it was leaning, and Tanner and Trent installed this one much more securely with a metal pipe. I will absolutely call Pipe Surgeon in the future for other plumbing work we need.

I just wanted to take a moment to give a big shoutout to everyone at Pipe Surgeon Plumbing for the absolutely amazing job they did on my home. Corbin, the lead plumber, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right from start to finish!

Replacing a water heater, water main, and all the plumbing under the house isn’t exactly a small job especially on memorial day weekend, but you’d never know it with how smoothly these guys handled it. Huge thanks to Jacob, Trent, Hank, Tanner, Dylan, Mike, and Hunter — every single one of them was polite, hardworking, and respectful of my home. And of course, a big thank you to Ella, the receptionist, who I'm sure, kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes and made scheduling easy.

Very disappointed. We had a scheduled plumbing appointment and no one ever showed up or contacted us. We spoke directly with the scheduler a few days before, so the appointment was confirmed. No call, no message, no apology. My husband even stayed home from work for the appointment. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

Same day service and it wasn’t an emergency. The guys came out and unclogged drains in less than 30 minutes! Punctual, super nice and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Very impressed with Pipe Surgeon Plumbing.
We had them provide a quote for a sump pump. Our yard is small and hard surface obstacles make discharging water difficult.
Corbin came out, assessed the situation, and devised a drainage system that was workable and aesthetically pleasing.
He and his team of Jacob, Trent, and Tanner were friendly, efficient, and conscientious. They went above and beyond to complete the job.

I got up at 330 a.m., turned on the bathroom faucet, and the water gushed out -- and wouldn't stop. It took a bucket brigade to keep the sink from overflowing. Several other plumbers that offered 24 hour service were unhelpful but Pipe Surgeon sent someone in about an hour. He was great and he fixed it. We're eternally grateful.

Corbin and Alan were prompt and fixed the problem within minutes. They discussed the problem with me and with some other issues with my faucets and provided me an estimate on further work. They were polite young men and very helpful.

Corbin Woods was professional and personable. He took the time to explain what the issue was and what the solution would be. The experience was a good one.

I had an excellent experience with Pipe Surgeons. Their technicians, particularly Corbin and Matt, were prompt, professional, competent, and knowledgeable. Previously we believed our kitchen faucet would need to be replaced, but Corbin found a much smaller issue that also came with a much less costly price tag. I so much appreciated his persistence and experience. I also had several other issues with a bathroom faucet and toilet. All of these issues were handled with care. I am extremely pleased with Pipe Surgeons and their excellent techs — Corbin and Matt.

We thought it was a small problem, our clogged toilet. We tried for days to plunge and read every Google remedy. No success. We called Pipe Surgeon Plumbing, and Hank Williams and Jacob Herrington showed up the next day! The “small problem” ended up being several pipes in our crawlspace completely backed up! Not only did Hank and Jacob tackle the problem on our main floor, they explored the crawlspace to make sure the entire set of pipes was professionally cleared with a professional auger. We have lived in this house for 26 years and this has never been done. Basically, our house was constipated, and these brave souls brought relief! Hank and Jacob were courteous, clean, careful and compassionate. These guys get a five star rating, and Jake Miller, owner, gets props for hiring quality workmen! We absolutely recommend Pipe Surgeon Plumbing for any plumbing dilemmas. Well done!! Just in time for house guests!

Matt, Jacob, Corbin, Jake; are very polite and do top grade professional work.
Installed a new gas line, new waterline coming into house, a new water heater and water filter/purifier. Then roughed in for a new master bathroom.
Work was completed in a short timely matter at a very reasonable cost.
