Jacob and Hunter were great! Jake came and surveyed the work to be done first, then Jacob and hunter came in and got the job done! They were fast, professional and kept us up to date with their process. Having your water heater go bad on you is stressful, but they took that stress on themselves and made us feel at ease. They even took care of another plumbing issue in our kitchen that was giving us trouble. Jake, Jacob and Hunter, from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you! We will tell all our friends!

I had a plumbing emergency (isn't that how this starts for most of us?); I'm going through a bathroom remodel and down to one functioning toilet, which decided to stop flushing. I called Pipe Surgeon Plumbing based on recommendations I saw on the local subreddit. The person I spoke with when I called was very friendly and helpful, took my information, and followed through with calling me back with the name of the assigned technician and time I could expect him.

Two technicans, Trent and Tanner, showed up at the appointed time and immediately went to work. My plumbing problem ended up being a bit complicated, so they had to call in a colleague; I cannot remember his name, but he was as friendly and professional as Trent and Tanner. They all worked diligently, efficiently, and in a manner to keep disruptions and any plumbing mess to a minimum.

The cost to repair my toilet was a bit pricy, but it wasn't unreasonable and, after some research, it was in line with industry standards. I would have given them five stars, but after resetting my toilet, they forgot to reattach a tube, which involved an additional follow-up service call (at no cost). That said, I would still call Pipe Surgeon Plumbing again.

Corbin and Tanner did an excellent job. They took their time to make sure the job was done right, and they made sure everything was working properly before they left. They also cleaned up before leaving, which is a plus in my books! It let’s you know they care about the customers.

I received same day service for a clogged line. Will and Jacob were so kind and answered all my questions. The pricing was very reasonable and the office staff were also helpful. I’d highly recommend them!

Mike was at my home within 1.5 hours and fixed my outdoor faucet with multiple trips from the crawl space to the outdoor fixture. He explained to me what he had done and I'm very pleased with the outcome. I will be using this company again if needed in the future.

The resulting gas line installation seems fine. But; I think there could have been better coordination with the fireplace insert company.

Pipe Surgeon came and did an inspection and quote on some work for our property. They came out within 2 hours. Alan was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us understand our problem. I would highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs.

Tanner was kind, courteous, and super knowledgable. He had my sink and dishwasher back to draining better than ever and was fast and efficient! Thanks Tanner and Pipe Surgeon team!

Update: Be ware if you have a perceived issue with your service you will be charged a service fee for them to come back out even if they are unable to resolve the issue. I was not told about this $200 fee in advance so I want to warn future customers.
I was recommended to Jake’s company by a friend of mine and she was right, he is the best! I have never had to wait for them to come out and help me. I love the fact that I am given a price before any work is done and they start right away. As a woman sometimes I feel uncomfortable dealing with repair men because I am afraid of being taken advantage of. I have always received great service from this business and I will continue to use them for my salons in the future.

Just moved into older home. Had major drain overflow at 10pm. Called PSP that night, owner Jake had a restoration company at my house same night. Jake ran line in drain, finding tree root in pipe. I was relieved that Jake explained to me what he was doing and why with options moving forward.

Fantastic experience! I have known and referred Pipe Surgeon for about a year now. Unfortunately, the time came when I needed to use them personally at my own home.

They were very thorough in their inspection and detailed in the estimate. The technicians were able to explain everything well and communication was great.

Today we had Corbin at our home for majority of the day. He had to tear up our floors, cut concrete and fix the pipe that was bad; he even re-poured the concrete. The final invoice included all the photos taken throughout the day. Would not hesitate to use them again and will gladly tell everyone what an outstanding job they did!!

Trent and Jacob were awesome. They came out, assessed the pipe situation and fixed everything right away. I am very well pleased. They communicated well with what was going on and made sure that I was satisfied with the work before they left. 10/10 would recommend this company and these guys to anyone.

Super awesome people. Hank my tech was on top of it and with a smile on his face the whole time was very great to work with and knowledgeable on his stuff. This was Christmas Eve, I busted a pipe and had to call out on an emergency and was on-site and taken care of within a hour. 20 stars from me for sure!!

LIARS! They tried to take advantage of a woman! I needed a new hot water heater. They showed up, told me in order to take it out they would have to cut out a wall to the outside and I would have to remove my vinyl siding and probably move my storage shed plus I may have to completely lose the cabinet that it was in. Their quote was $2500.00 for a $400.00 hot water heater. They also said the Richmond brand isn’t even around anymore-but that’s one of Menard’s standard brand names. Well my brother in law drove across 3 states and put it in for me. After he drained it he cut off a few inches on the old one and removed it with no problem. This company was just trying to take advantage of me-a Woman who’s a widow. I will never recommend them and urge you not to waste your time with a quote. Update from the response from the company: after the estimate I never spoke to anyone about different options. Stop lying to make yourself look better 🤦‍♀️

Tanner arrived when he said he would even in bad weather. He was very efficient, polite and fixed the problem. He stayed to make sure the leak was fixed. I was extremely pleased with his performance and the service.

We called Pipe Surgeons to get a second quote on a job, tying a new gas line into an existing gas line. They answered the phone when we called (the other two places had answering services and we had to leave messages), scheduled someone to come out that same day, communicated with us well throughout the day when they got a bit off schedule. Their quote came in at less than half the price of the first quote, and they were able to complete the job the following day. Needless to say, we are very happy!

I have now had Pipe Surgeon out twice to do work at our house in Lexington. Both times the technician, Corbin, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. I also had opportunity to interact with Jeremy (? - I think I’m remembering his name right) during my last job. He was also very nice. Most importantly they were able to fix the problems correctly and in a timely fashion. I will definitely hire them again for future jobs and would readily recommend them to others!

Craig provided great service in an emergency situation. Highly recommend. This is the second time we’ve had a problem after hours. We really appreciate the jobs he has done for us.

I contacted Pipe Surgeons to fix the difficulty I was having with a toilet bubbling and emptying very slowly. Pipe Surgeons sent me confirmation of appt time and kept me informed about the arrival of their plumbers, Corbin and "Boston." They arrived on time, were respectful of my property, were personable, and obviously very knowledge about the possible fixes. They explained the steps they were taking as they proceeded, and had the problem fixed in a very reasonable amount of time. They cleaned up thoroughly and asked if I had any questions before they left. It was refreshing to have such professional and knowledgeable experts on the job. I would not hesitate to call them for any future work. I highly recommend them to help you with your plumbing needs!
