These guys are absolute life savers. I had used Turbo Plumbing a few months back to install a water softener and fix an outdoor hydrant. They did all the work without any hiccup and I was extremely happy. Fast forward to a few days ago when I got home late and heard running water. I tracked down the issue to my main water line coming into the house had separated at a T that was not meant for my PEX piping, and installed by someone far less competent. I had no water running to my house. The initial call in was going to result in a 4-5 day turnaround to get it repaired, but Turbo was able to move some things around and get technicians out just a few hours later. They confirmed the issue, went and got the appropriate connector, and had me back up and going just a little while later. I highly recommend this team and will absolutely use them again for any future upgrades or service.

Zach and Nathaniel were very polite and efficient. They arrived in masks, which is respectful. I was really pleased with the work of installing an air return. I enjoyed meeting them. I would highly recommend these guys. Thanks Green Box!

Kendall and Jawad were great! They quickly went to work to determine the cause and fixed it. They explained everything and cleaned up well as they could. I will definitely ask for Kendall and use Turbo Plumbing again, if necessary.

We had to have Turbo Plumbing come back because the problem reoccurred two days after our drains were cleaned. We were expecting Kendall and Jawad, but James and Dillion (I think) showed up. They dug up some ground near our house and determined what they thought was the problem really wasn’t. They offered to do the same thing (flush drains) or use a camera for an additional change, we we decided to go with the camera. They worked half the day and managed to get water flowing, but we still don’t know the exact cause and will have to dig up part of the garage floor OOT get to a pipe and replace that section. These guys are super nice and. Dry hard-working. Plumbing problems are awful. I’m glad we have these nice men to help.

Larry was awesome! Professional, knowledgeable, polite, hard working, and respectful! He made sure he knew exactly what needed done and answered all my questions. The experience from start to finish was top notch. From having someone come out and give us an estimate, to scheduling, install, all of it. Each person I interacted with was kind, professional, and personable. They did everything they said they would, and didn’t leave until everything was in proper working order. What struck me above everything else was the high regard in which they held their leadership. Every single one of them couldn’t say enough about their owner, supervisors, and gratefulness to work at GreenBox/Turbo. That mentality is invaluable to a company and reflects in the work done. Devan Justice and assistant did a great job installing my hot water tank. They were professional and polite in explaining the details that a State inspector would schedule a time to confirm safety of the settings.

Nathaniel, Devan, Logan and Dawson are all very professional young men. They executed their jobs really well; they were knowledgeable, attentive to detail, & kept high standards when completing the job. It was on of the cleanest jobs I have seen. I really appreciated working with them.

I'm so glad we chose Turbo Plumbing Pros to install new gas lines for our stove and fireplace. Although it was a cold and rainy day, Donnie & Campbell kept the mud outside during the construction. They were polite, respectful and updated us throughout the day. The customer service team communicated well, before, during and after the install was completed. Kendall and his team did an excellent job installing a gas line throughout our home. They were prompt, kind, courteous, and unobtrusive as possible for such a big job. Kendall made sure to keep us up-to-date on their progress and provide us with options to work around challenging areas so that we could have multiple areas of our home retrofit for gas. They did a great job wearing shoe covers when they were coming in and out of the house to minimize clean up. They completed the job within the promised time frame and remained within the estimated cost. Wonderful experience with their service.

The company was easy to work with and each employee we interacted with was professional and accommodating to our needs. Riley had to come out twice due to prolonged frozen pipes but stayed until everything was working. So glad to have had such a positive experience. Thanks

We utilize their sister company Greenbox and absolutely LOVE them, however, this was not the experience here. I needed a plumber for an after hours service call and they took down my information and said someone would call me back. No one ever called back. I tried to follow up the next day to inform them and the phone said "the call cannot be completed". Poor communication would not recommend for emergency services.

Everyone was very professional and customer service was excellent. We used Turbo Plumbing Pros to purchase and install a new water heater for our house. They were upfront with the costs and the sales process was no pressure. Installation happened very quickly and the whole process only took about 4 hours. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services in the central KY area.

Riley was absolutely amazing, he was No Kendall haha not because of anything he did wrong… maybe it was the hair Kendall just had that hair game going strong!!

I had a tankless water heater installation. Their staff for initial evaluation of the project were extremely knowledgeable about the products they provide and explained the differences between the two primary tankless heaters they supply and which would be beneficial for what my family needs. On the day of installation they were earlier than I expected (definitely not a bad situation, I’m just used to delays and excuses from plumbing companies). Their team worked quickly but not rushed, and answered any questions or concerns that I had along the way. They definitely had creative solutions for routing pipes and wiring to make sure all of the “unattractive” parts are hidden from view. At both the initial evaluation and the installation, their team had no hesitation of crawling into the deepest attic and unfinished spaces of my home to ensure the aesthetics of the installation would not detract from the overall appearance of my home, to ensure the utility connections would be hidden from normal view. During the day of installation, I had arranged to be away from work and available at home for for their team for any unexpected concern that may have arisen. I needed to return to work for a brief time and had no concern leaving their team working in my home unattended. Their team was extremely professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and made me feel like it was their own home that they were performing the work, not just a paying customer. All in all, I give them positive rating, five stars, A+, highest marks available. I would DEFINITELY recommend them above and beyond other similar companies.

A month ago our water heater need replacement after 22 yrs of using it. I called several home improvement stores in town to get an estimate but their customer service were not professional and not caring. I decided to call Green Box (whom they did my HVAC 2yrs ago) Turbo Plumbing and I did not go wrong in choosing them. They listen and care about your needs. They are courteous, on time, and available when you need them. They are making sure their clients concerns and issues are being met as promised to their warranties. The whole entire crew from Nathan, Kirby, Matt x2, Kendall, Shaun and Logan did an exceptional service. There were some small issues that had happened after my water heater installment but Turbo Plumbing staff fixed it until we were completely satisfied. They were available right then and there in a timely manner. The receptionist who received the call was also very pleasant. On top of all that, they gave us a gift card as a bonus for sending them a referral. My family wants to thank “Green Box” for the wonderful dinner. Highly recommended!
