My parents had a medical emergency at their home. My dad went to the hospital and in the midst of my mother in her late 70s cleaning up all night, she later realized her bedroom toilet had been clogged. My mom called the company and Corbin Woods was the plumber dispatched. He not only came to her rescue in less than one hour, but he cleaned the toilet after he was done servicing it. As a daughter, and professional myself in facilities maintenance for over 12 years, I was thrilled to hear of such wonderful high quality service and with a smile. For my mom to be blessed by such a “small” gesture- it did great things for our hearts in such a difficult and heavy situation. Thank you for providing service with excellence and grace. Trend and Jacob did wonderfully! They swapped my water heater and everything went great! Highly recommend pipe surgeons. Glad I chose them and they also cleaned the house after themselves!

The guys who came out to do the work were great. The office scheduling and communication was abysmal. I set up all sorts of plans based on the appointment I made. Unbeknownst to me the appointment time was changed. I only found out that the times changed when I called to ask why no
one had shown up yet (home cameras are great). I then had to pivot and make OTHER plans, and even THAT changed.
The plumbers who came out were knowledgeable and very nice. The price I paid was outrageous.

Corbin came out quickly and gave us a detailed estimate for a water reduction valve and some additional valve replacements, then was able to schedule the work the very next day. He completed all the work efficiently and professionally, and checked to make sure that everything was working before he left. We are very pleased with the great job he did and we definitely recommend Pipe Surgeon Plumbing!

These people are THE BEST! They’ve now rescued me twice - the first time my bathroom flooded and it was gross and all I knew to do was cry - then I went to google, found pipe surgeons and a nice man came out at 1am and worked until nearly 4am fixing it and I was grateful. I don’t care what they charged me and I do t remember either but it was worth it. And I messed up my toilet tonight, because when I came home from my dad’s funeral, I thought “gee, I think I’ll pit a bidet on my toilet”. It was a mess. They came out around 9pm and fixed it quickly then even cleared my son’s shower drain that had some really weird stuff in it. Pipe surgeon’s is hands down THE BEST. Especially if it’s 1am and you’re crying in a flooded bathroom. I’m so grateful. Thank you 🙏

This company worked quickly and efficiently! They made me feel comfortable throughout the process and they talked me through what they were doing and showed me exactly what needed to be done. I worked with tanner and Jake and they were both amazing! I will most certainly use them again for services!

Excellent service from Trent and Tanner! I was in a bad way my water heater was leaking everywhere. They got to me same day service they showed up on time. They were very professional. Did an excellent job cleaned up after they left like they were never here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They’re both good guys. as a sidenote, I have a geothermal system so it’s a little more complicated to hook up that they had no problem. Very knowledgeable.

I reached out after hours and sent inquiries to several companies. They were the only one that responded that evening. They even offered to come out the same night, but we scheduled for the following day instead. I was at work during the visit, and they took the time to FaceTime me to clearly explain what additional work was needed and why, especially compared to a previous quote I had received. The communication was excellent. My wife and kids said they were very friendly and courteous. I would absolutely use them again.

*Follow-up service Jan 2026. Corbin returned after I expressed concern with an attached wall heater and reset it, set my water heater to a warmer ‘A’ setting and reinstalled the accompanying utility closet door in front of the water heater - all on a very wintry day. I mentioned that rusty water had been seen from the bathroom faucet twice on the hot water side and Corbin felt it might be due to older pipes. The work was very appreciated and Corbin did a great job.*. Aug 2025 After further inspection of the installation of the water heater, I have to rescind my original recommendation. Corbin and Jacob installed the brand, new water heater on top of a bed of rust left by the previous water heater. This will only cause the new water heater to rust. The attached picture shows the rust in front and to the left of the heater. I had CLR (calcium, lime, rust remover) available had they even known this product existed that could have removed the rust. However, I was not made aware of the rust on the floor. I communicated with the owner, Jake, who informed me they could uninstall the water heater, at additional cost to me, if I wanted to clean up the rust. Unacceptable. I am left with a very expensive, compromised water heater with a warranty that might cover rust in the future but won't cover labor expenses to the tune of $1,000 or more. Very poor business practice in my opinion. Would watch your back.

I had a fabulous experience with the owner Jake as well as the two technicians Corbin and Jacob who efficiently and professionally installed a new gas water heater and repaired a defective toilet. Five-star service. Would recommend!

I had pipe surgeon come out to redo the whole houses plumbing and sewer lines. They came out and did that plus a vanity install in another property.

It’s been multiple weeks since they did the work and they have left their CAT parked on our sidewalk with a huge pile of debris on it.

I went to run the spigot today and they don’t seem to be working. When I crawled under the house to check if the value was turned off I found that they didn’t remove all the old material and instead just piled it under the house.

Update on the review: they called and came back out and fixed the spigot that wasn’t working, removed the pipes under the house and cleaned up the dirt and moved the CAT off the sidewalk. I’ve updated this review and rating based on that happening.

The estimate process with Tanner was easy and thorough. They changed galvanized, replaced all kitchen pipes and repaired sump pump. The work Trent and his team did was impeccable. I contacted several other companies and very happy with the experience with Pipe Surgeons. I would highly recommend.

We had an old sink that had some leaky pipes and a hose behind the dishwasher that needed replacing. The technician who handled our repair was friendly and thorough. Prices were reasonable and the company was fast in getting us seen. We did have an issue get identified that needs repair in the future and we will definitely consider Pipe Surgeon Plumbing again.

I could not be more impressed with our technician Chris. He arrived within 30 minutes of my call with another tech in tow. He wore extra protective gear due to the recent pandemic which I greatly appreciated. Thank you guys so much!

Chris & Jose are very professional. They arrived early during the scheduled appointment. I’m very satisfied with the work they did to flush the tankless water heater.

Correctly installed toilet but left black stains on tan bedroom carpet, and left black fingerprint stains on two interior doors and bathroom walls. No response from company to resolve soiled carpet. Won't be using this company again!

Tanner did a courtesy inspection this morning. He was punctual and very professional. I will for sure keep their business card to contact them in case we need plumbing attention.

This was my first time using Turbo Plumbing Pros. Hunter was on time and was very professional. He took the time to take all of the safety preparations needed to work in a person's home. Thank you Hunter. As part of their program Green Box offered a free inspection service of all of our plumbing devices We knew ahead of time we had one problem and Hunter fixed it and did not find any other issues in his inspections.

Kirby was great, very professional and thorough. He had to snake 35 feet and he left his work space cleaner than he found it. I will use your company again and he is the reason.!!!

Kendall Young has been to our house twice, once to fix an outdoor faucet and today to install a new water heater. He is super knowledgeable, very professional and very personable and I would recommend him to any one who needs a top notch plumber.
