Robert was very polite and courteous. He repaired two heating units at our church. He completed the work in a competent and professional manner. We appreciate his prompt response and efficient work.

Response time was wonderful and our tech, Robert, was great. He explained everything very clearly and was super nice to our dogs. Would give 6 stars if possible! Would highly recommend this company.

Kendall and his team are the best. They do a great job and you can tell they enjoy what they do. I have tried several companies prior to Turbo plumbing and I can honestly say they are the best.

The guys came earlier than expected. Diagnosed the issue and got me back up and running again. They explained everything as they went along and even showed me a safety tip in the process. I will be using them again. Awesome job guys!

I’ve just dealt with a different plumbing company a few weeks ago prior to being recommended to Turbo Plumbing. Needless to say, I will definitely be calling Turbo for any of my plumbing needs and issues. Tanner wore a mask, gloves and booties the entire time he was in my house, providing safety to me. Tanner knew what he was doing and fixed my problems without needing assistance. Super professional and quality work done. Highly recommend!

Loved these guys. Brent walked me through everything, and he and his colleague Wayne even diagnosed a problem two other techs hadn't been able to solve. They're here to help make what you want work, not to sell you something you don't need. Highly recommend.

I'm a maintenance supervisor at an apartment community in Lexington, KY. I've used several different plumbing companies over the years and once I found GreenBox/Turbo Plumbing, I knew that I could finally stop my search. Tanner, Hunter and Jose have been amazingly professional, punctual, thorough and clean. There's never a task they won't tackle with the utmost importance and respect for their work area. Recently, I even had them at my personal residence for a tub drain pipe leak. They did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend these guys for any/all your plumbing needs. Bravo, fellas! Great job!

Two men arrived on time. I told them where the leaking faucet was outside on the back of the house. They removed the old faucet & left to get a new one to replace it. They were gone quite a while but I didn’t know how far they had to go. One of the men told me it would be about $300. When they got back they replaced it & had to do some repairs on the pipes. When they were finished they picked up everything & gave me the bill for $299. They were polite & did their job efficiently.

Chris was prompt courteous and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us an estimate and set a time to come back the next day with all the materials he’d need for the repair. The invoice was a little less than the estimate. He explained why the piece broke and what he did to repair it. Highly recommend and will use them again!

They arrived on time and completed the inspection in a timely and thorough matter. The technician was very friendly and explained what he was doing a why.. I had him flush out our hot water heater while he was at the house. It was well worth the money~

These guys we’re AWESOME!! They took the time to look up information on my property before even arriving! Initiating our project was unbelievably effortless and quick. They dispatched a Pro within 24 hours for a non-urgent call. Even the Receptionist (M) was a Pro! The Technician (JL) that quoted us was respectful, informative, innovative, kind, and understanding during his visit; and before you ask… the estimate was low and the scheduling was SNAPPY.

Lillian was the epitome of a professional during my interaction with her. She called and explained that due to my geographical location that they weren't able to perform the work. However, I appreciate her being upfront and direct. The fact that I recieved a return phone call at a reasonably early hour (8:05 am) on a Monday instead of either not returning the call or having me wait all day for a call is outstanding. Keep up the solid work everyone!

We had Turbo Plumbing Pros out and Tanner was able to successfully diagnose our tough leak and solve it within a few hours. They were very professional and withheld proper PPE and cleanliness during the service, which was very important to us. We would definitely have them again!

Turbo Plumbing Pros did a excellent job with their estimate and the work. There was no surprise charges beyond the estimate. They were clean, on time and sent text of who was coming and any information necessary about that person. Therefore, I was comfortable upon his arrival. The same pro that gave me the estimate was the same pro who did the work. Great job.

Kirby is an excellent representative of this company and an exceptional technician. He didn't hesitate to explain the problem and solve it in a timely manner. He was also openly forthcoming with answers to questions I had regarding the DIY installation of a garbage disposal.

Our water heater went out on Tuesday. We called to schedule an appointment at 4:30pm. An estimator was at our house by 9am on Wednesday and the water heater replacement was finished by 1pm. The is is the second time this year we’ve had to use the company (once for hvac and now for plumbing) and everyone has been timely and professional.

I highly recommend.
