Arrived within the scheduling window - altho a bit later than the scheduled arrival time - and fixed our problem the same day. He offered multiple solutions at multiple price points and let me choose. Pleased with the service and the repair was effective!

If you are looking for a plumber that is honest, reliable, and goes the extra mile, then Integrated Plumbing Services should be at the top of your list. I have used them for multiple jobs and have been beyond satisfied. You can tell that they truly care about pleasing their customers and they go above and beyond what you pay for. No other plumber has left me so grateful!

Integrated plumbing was a great company to work with. They replaced our entire dryer vent line. It was not an easy job. They were very professional and would definitely look to hire them again if need be.

I needed a plumbing company to sewer line replaced at a job site in Richmond, Ky. I called Logan and John with IPS and they were there ASAP. They are also certified for biohazard clean up, mitigation, and water clean up which we needed as well. They repaired the sewer line, and dried out/ replaced a bathroom and everything turned out AMAZING. I will be recommending IPS to everyone I know. If you want something done right by a communication driven, professional, respectful team IPS is the go to crew. Thank you IPS!

We had an issue with a clogged drain/pipe from our kitchen. They were extremely responsive when I reached out, gave me realistic time frame to come check it out. I understood with the backlog of jobs from the recent weather issues, my job was not an emergency, but Integrated gave me honest answers about getting out, which I wasn't getting from other places I had called. I can't say enough about how happy I was with the Customer Service, and with the guys who came out and got me fixed!

Integrated plumbing is an awesome company. We manage several apartment units and they have assisted with providing great service for our apartment community.

John and Bradley did a wonderful job replacing an old external cast iron sewage pipe that had a root growing through it. After figuring out the problem with a camera scope, they were able to dig up the ground and replace the pipe within 3 days of starting the project which was much appreciated to be able to get back to using our bathrooms again. John coordinated all communication with the city and state inspectors and was prompt with information when called. They were both knowledgeable and professional during the entire process.

Came when expected, able to diagnose the problem within a short time and corrected the issue. Also gave suggestions for preventative maintenance for other aspects of the sewer system. The pair knew what they were doing and did the job with minimal inconvenience to me.

I noticed a leak under our toilet and called Integrated Plumbing Services. They sent a technician out in about an hour and Lamar fixed the problem right away. He was friendly and professional and cleaned up the floor after he was done! I hate to have house problems, but I love knowing who I can call to get them fixed! Integrated is the best!!! Thanks guys!!!

I called today needing someone to come out pretty quick to fix my kitchen sink plumbing that was leaking and just done wrong by someone else. Lemar was at my house within the hour and got everything fixed and up to code. Everyone at their office is very helpful and quick to respond. If you’re thinking of trying to save a few bucks by using a “handyman”, I’d highly recommend giving Integrated Plumbing a call first.

Excellent plumbing service. Integrated replace our leaking garbage disposal and installed a new main water cut-off valve in our home. the Service was provided in a timely manor and done correctly. The plumbers were courteous and explained all the the work they.

Laurie helped my spouse find an aerator to replace one in our Kohler sink faucet. Kohler had told us it would be 90 days to get a replacement, but Laurie was able to find one that fit perfectly!
