Blew my mind. Called and let them know thought upstairs toliet was leaking onto the ceiling of the bathroom in basement. She got my address even figured out the lot number since I had forgotten. Then tells me she has someone in the area that can be there in 30 mins. Had to call my husband to let the plumber in since he beat me home. Fixed issue and haven't had any issues since. BEST SERVICE EVER!!

Called this morning around 8am, Chris was at my house by 9:30am and my kitchen sink was fixed in an hour! Mr. Rooter was here yesterday, gave a $210 estimate but couldn’t find the clog. Chris was professional, affordable, and got the job done!

If you want a deceitful company, this should be your choice. Not informing customers prior to arrival that you charge $130 to walk in their door is terrible customer service. I knew I needed a new water heater prior to your arrival. That’s why I called. I didn’t need to spend 130.00 just for you to tell me what I already knew.

Oliver and Darell did a great job installing a new hot water tank in the basement with some needed plumbing upgrades to meet code. Professional, informative and very clean work. Thanks guys!

Oliver was great at fixing my water heater. He spoke to me over the phone last night and this morning to help with getting the part replaced. Excellent service

Senninger Plumbing was recommended to my elderly mother. Her washer leaked while it was working. That's when Mom's neighbor called and set up an appointment for her. The tech enter without first identifying himself. Mom asked him who he was. He didn't appear friendly. He çalled her daughter and said the clog must have passed because he entered as much water as a washer and there wasn't a problem, $130.00. When I got to Mom's house, I called and spoke with the receptionist who called her manager. The tech came back out. He ran water in the bathroom sink, shower, and then flushed the toilet about 4 times respectively. Once the toliet level rose up, he instantaneous knew what the problem was! He said there was a clog in the sewer line. He worked for about 20-30 minutes on it. He came back in and said, "I got a lot of flushable wipes out." I asked him if that was the solution for the washer, he agreed. So, I turned on the washer. I told the technician I had an evening appointment down the street, however, I told him and he saw my gown niece sitting at the table. I told him she would call me plus he had called earlier for Mom to pay $130.00. I turned from the house and he was sitting in his truck with the door ajared as if he was awaiting for the washer to cycle. Within a few minutes my niece calls to say he left. When she called he asked for the address. Upon reciting the address, he instantly couldn't hear her, but she heard him breathing. She called and it went to voice mail. I sent a text, crickets.
I texted the receptionist who replied, "His phone maybe out of area." Then, I replied, Mom lives in the Tates Creek area. She said, "If he comes back now, it would be a weekend charge, really? It will have to be Monday. Now, water is backed up in the tub and toilet. In fact, residue was in the tub. The receptionist said her manager said that should have been the case. She
DID apologized that my 88 year old disabled mother wouldn't have use of her toilet. So, today is the Monday after the tech "fixed" the problem on Friday and NO WORD, NO CALL, and NO SHOW! PROBLEM NOT FIXED😤

Not happy with your service this doesn't aline with your motto on your website🤔.
Elderly disrespected and taken advantage of!!

Oliver arrived to set my Toilet and quickly identified the problem, explained it and performed the work perfectly. We are very happy with the service. He is meticulous.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. We asked them to come out for a back flow test. After 15 minutes past the time they were scheduled for I called their office. The officer manager said he left the shop a long time ago and should be there in a few minutes. After another 15 minutes I called back to cancel. At this point he is 30 minutes late. She asked me to hold and she would try to contact him. As I was on hold, the plumber pulled up. As he exited the vehicle it appeared that his phone was ringing, but he was not interested in answering it. After I took him to the room where the test was going to be preformed, I asked him how long this would take as he as over 30 minutes late. He said the following " Ah man I have a big job after this one and I had to pack A LOT of stuff for that job". That tells me they were not interested in my job. After his explanation, I told him it would have been nice to let someone know they would be late. He then proceeds to tell me that the " office lady " was a screw up and really didn't know what she was doing and he shouldn't have been given this job. What a waste of a morning.... Wish I could have given less than one star.

We have hired Senninger Plumbing on two separate occasions and both times we've been really impressed with the service they provided. They have great customer service over the phone, and our plumber (Jake) was wonderful. He was professional, kind, efficient, and took time to explain things to us so we understood the issues and solutions. We will continue to use Senninger Plumbing and recommend to everyone!

I hired Senninger to replace my 18+ year old 80g A.O. Smith water heater. They easily beat out a competitor's quote. They also were able to do a commercial grade replacement AND handle the job being on the 2nd floor, there was a smaller company I asked previously that couldn't do this.

What is incredible is they were able to do a same-day replacement! Got a new commercial grade A.O. Smith 80g installed, they hauled away the old one, and are handling the permit. They worked efficiently, kept the job site clean, and answered all of my questions.

It's been a couple days now and the hot water is running great!

I wanted a faucet added into my garage and requested they come check it out. I had a pretty simple idea for where it should go and thankfully they had much better ideas from 30 years of experience behind them. Job was done quickly and cleanly and came out great! Highly recommend.

My basement flooded due to a faulty sump pump. Oliver was dispatched late Friday night and arrived in about an hour. He fixed the pump in record time and we were able to start cleaning out the water. So grateful for the fast and experienced help he provided. Thank you.

Jake with Senninger was a pleasure to work with! He and the office staff were very communicative about arrival times as well as the issue that was going on with our water heater. Jake found the problem and did his very best to see if the cheaper solution would work before moving into a full water heater replacement, which was very much appreciated. We did end up needing a new water heater and on the day of the install, there was unexpected wintry weather in parts of the area and Jake and the office still got the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Bonus: he was very kind to my dog as well and that means a lot. Highly recommend Senninger if you are looking for kind, professional plumbing services!

Have dealt with them on 3 different occasions and has been great each time. Very responsive and professional. Most recent visit had a section of pipe replaced from leaking shower; Oliver and Darrell fixed it great in no time!

I needed plumbing repairs for my mother's home after two previous plumbers had installed a faulty spigot and an even worse fix, and Oliver was dispatched - he was wonderful, fixed the spigot and gave suggestions for ensuring the health of the other basement plumbing, and fixed a few other items while he was there. Also didn't charge a fortune, and he offered some great suggestions when my painting contractor fell through at the last minute. Great service!
