Oliver and Darrell arrived to a list of items to repair/replace for us. Not only did they do a great job in a short time, but saved us some money! We thought two outside faucets needed replacement - nope, just a new washer. Cleaned up afterward and I learned a lot from Oliver. We’ll call them again!

One of the toilets in the house was running constantly. The appointment was scheduled for 1pm. Oliver communicated well that his previous appointment had run a little long and he would be there soon. He diagnosed the problem quickly, checked the other toilets for similar issues, and fixed the problem right away and at a very reasonable price. Would recommend Oliver and Senninger Plumbing for fast service and repair.

Oliver and Darrell came out to replace my submersible sewage extraction pump and discovered it was just the float which saved us several hundred dollars. They explained my options and were very prompt and professional. I will not hesitate to call them in the future for plumbing issues. Thanks Oliver and Darrell.

We had what could have been a disaster occur with our sewer line. The main was blocked on our street and our old iron pipes were dripping due to the blockage. Oliver took care of it. He was able to locate a part that we desperately needed to finish the job. When all was said and done, he had replaced the entire drainage/sewer line in our basement right up to the stone wall. It is beautifully done and functioning perfectly. We are very pleased and will request him again. Thank you!

Oliver recently came to me home for a water leak issue. Oliver was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything very thoroughly. Explained our options to fix. Was very fair on the cost of the service call.

Senninger came recommended to us several years ago by a neighbor lady who was, to put it kindly, a very particular woman who didn't suffer fools gladly and was never one to give the benefit of the doubt to any company she thought was taking advantage of her. She had her list of "Never call again" companies--and even local officials.

But Senninger was one firm she was quite pleased with, as she had owned several homes over the years and knew good service value from a distance. Believe me, her approval was not an easy get.

So when we had a water line leak under the slab, we called them. They did a great job finding and fixing it.

Fast forward six years. We had another leak a few weeks ago, and--on the theory it would not likely be the last (it's CPVC lines, 17 years old)--we took the hard decision to repipe the entire house through the attic with Pex and be done with worrying about the slab ever again.

Steve, one of their service managers, came out to look it over. Long story short, two of his men spent several days getting it all done, lots of drywall cuts and cap drilling, etc. It was a difficult job, even though this house is a single story with attic, but the ceilings are vaulted and angled, and the attic isn't easy to walk around in. But they soldiered on and got all the drops in and connected, even adding a much needed hose bibb in the front of the house at our request. There wasn't one night we went without water, which amazed us.

I can't say enough about Senninger. There was no easy way out of our situation, but if we were going to go through it, they were the solution of choice for us.

I had a leaking sink and faucet as well as a small toilet leak. Oliver and Darrell came and fixed everything for me! They were on time, friendly, replaced the faucet, stopped all the leaks and cleaned up everything well - the price was very good! Senninger is my new plumber to call!

One of my nightmares occurred—cracked cast iron pipe’s underneath our basement concrete slab floor. I contacted six plumbing companies and received a wide range of bids and opinions of how to repair, or replace the pipes. In the end, I elected to engage Senninger Plumbing to replace the pipes. Their bid was not the lowest or the highest, but middle of the road. I selected them based on their longevity in the plumbing industry, previous plumbing work at our home and the calm and reassuring manner that Steve presented while estimating the project. (In 2009 Senninger Plumbing; replaced all the galvanized water pipes, installed new propane gas lines, install a tankless propane water and installed 3 toilets—they did an excellent job!!)
Chris and Clifton were assigned to our project and were in our home for a week working on this project, that included jackhammering the concrete floor, installing new pipelines and poring new concrete. Chris was mindful to prep the areas by covering our carpet, containing concrete dust and installing plastic barriers (floor to ceiling) where needed. Chris communicated the schedule everyday and the activity that would take place. They did an excellent job and we were able to reinstall the carpet in a couple of days. Because they were so efficient the project came in under the estimated time to repair and the cost of the overall project was reduced by almost $3k from the original estimate. :)
Some of the plumbing companies I contacted wanted to charge me to come out and give an estimate and some of them wanted a percentage down before they would do the work. Senninger did neither, so be careful in selecting the right company for your repair.

Called Senninger two days ago to ask for service call to our home. Oliver and Darrell came to our house today to take a look at a few things (sink leaks, shower drains, etc). They were very professional and courteous and were able to fix everything on the spot, and also helped educate me on basic plumbing issues. VERY happy with the service and will definitely call them in the future. 5 stars! and very reasonable price in my opinion.

Oliver from Senninger, did a great job. He came out early and replaced our water heater. I would recommend Oliver and Senninger to everyone.

Oliver and Darrell did an excellent job fixing a leak in our drain pipe. They were actually out here for a hot water heater annual service, but I had them look at the leak to get a quote. It was affordably fixed within an hour. Great service.

The service was decent, and the tech was polite and efficient. It was a straight-forward job. The only surprise was the final bill — it was roughly 70% higher than the original quote. I know prices can vary, but a heads-up before the increase would’ve made things clearer.

I appreciate the owner’s response and the apology for the miscommunication. That said, the job was exactly what was described over the phone — a simple clogged sink drain with no added complications once the technician arrived. The final cost ended up being significantly higher (70%) than the original quote, which felt misleading given how straightforward the work was. I understand that estimates can vary at times, but clearer upfront communication or written confirmation of pricing would really help customers feel informed and confident about the service.

Donny is the best. Does the job correctly the first time.

I used Ace Plumbing for repairs to my house for sale, and to my new house for move in. Mr Wilson did a great job scheduling within my time frame, showed up and worked hard to get the work done quickly, and did a clean and professional job in both places.

When we moved into the area, I was worried about choosing the correct plumber. Our new home is older, so I called Ace Plumbing and had them check my sewer lines to make sure I didn't have any surprises in the future. They were very polite and efficient. They cleaned out the tree roots and crud, so I can rest easy. I now have my new local plumber.

Donny has been my plumber for both my home and my business. If you're looking for the best, Donny is your man. He's honest and really cares.

I recently bought a house and even though the home inspector didn't find any problems, I immediately ran into plumbing issues. Donny was recommended to me as the best plumber in Lexington and after my experience with him, I agree. He was very responsive, clearly explained the problem, and did a great job. He obviously really cares about his work and made sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend.

Donny showed up promptly and jumped into the job. He was able to fix several issues on one trip and in only a little over an hour. Will likely keep using Ace Plumbing in the future.

Donny was recommended on Reddit by a few people, so I gave him a call about my issue. He was VERY helpful on the phone. He explained a lot of things to me, which I really appreciated. Understanding what's going on in my home aside, I enjoy learning new things. I could tell he's both passionate and knowledgeable. He also seems like a chill dude.

On the phone, he suggested I try something to correct the issue I was experiencing. I did what he suggested and it worked!

This experience is why he'll be first on my list to call when we start doing renovation work that requires plumbing.
