I had reached out after hours via the website form because I noticed that my main shut off valve had corroded and was starting to leak. I received an email back in a matter of minutes.

David had provided me a fair ballpark estimate before he sent one of his guys out. I had small toilet repair job where the valve leading from the wall needed to be replaced. This was in addition to the replacement of the main shut off valve.

Edward was polite, efficient, and did an excellent job. Total price was fair and reasonable.

I will be calling these guys again next time I need a plumber.

I had Sureflow plumbing install a toilet and unclog a bathtub. I highly recommend them - the quality of the work is excellent, it's reasonably priced, and they show up in a timely manner when they say they will. I also liked that they cleaned up after themselves and disposed of any garbage themselves. I will definitely be going with them for all my future plumbing needs!

Tried to change a faucet in the bathroom. After removing the old one the water valves under the sink were leaking. Called around and could not get anyone to come out today except for Rotor_Rooter. Arturo went to work right away and replaced both valves. He cleaned up as he worked. Did an outstanding job! If I have to call them again I would ask for him to come out.

I was really impressed by the work from Roto-Rooter. Arturo was our plumber and he was able to quickly detect the source of our leak and start drying the area around it quickly. Called for an emergency. Bad leak from the connector to my tub faucet. The gentleman on the phone became angry and hostile when I asked him for rate information. He abruptly put me on hold without warning in mid sentence. I waited the 3 minutes til he came back. He said he had 3 other calls coming in and I was taking up too much time. Never got my question answered which was simply if they charge a flat rate to come out or after the job was done. This seems like a routine question. My wife could hear him grow upset with me and also couldn't believe how he was talking to me.

He basically said they weren't doing emergency plumbing and had no plumbers operating, though it clearly says on Google and their website they do 24 hour service. I was just trying to find out IF there was a minimum cost to come to my house. I didn't even care what the rate was. He said he had absolutely no information about that, so we never got that far. I was also advised to call my local municipality to turn the water to my house off when this should have been a simple fix.

I was able to get a local friend who knows some about plumbing to come out give me a stop-gap temporary fix to slow it to a drip until I could find a professional tomorrow.

This happened close to 2 AM. I was already stressed from waking up to a serious leak under my tub. I didn't need someone getting smart with me on top of it. Unreal. I even asked him to please relax. I am writing this at 3 and I am still amped up from the way I was treated. I run a local business. I honestly don't even know what I would do if my secretary treated someone like that during an emergency. Will use any other service before this.

Charles did a wonderful job. He was on time. Very knowledgeable and explained the problem and how he was going to fix it.

Had a plugged up sewer line that is rather old and has lots of scaling. I didn’t have a clean out either. Jeff came and unplug the line and camera the line for me and saw lots of scale and some issues that need to be taken care of. Gave me the cost. Called the next day and told them to go ahead and do it. Jeff and Kevin came out and did what needed to be done and put a clean out in. They were good guys, courteous, and efficient. They wanna here a little less than three hours. Everything is running splendid now. Highly recommend this company. Ask for Jeff and or Kevin. You won’t be disappointed.
