I have never used this companies service and i never will. The reckless driver of the following rotor-rooter truck license plate 998663/ USDOT4135170 blatantly cut me off yesterday morning shortly before the man-o-war and Alumni Dr intersection. This occurred during the morning rush. Traffic was heavy. He used his turn signal as he merged. Not before but while he was crossing into the lane that i was driving in. He caused me to slam on the breaks and subsequently almost being hit by the car behind me. When i eventually passed him, i noticed that he was looking at his phone. If this is how Toto-Rooter employees behave on the road then i would hate to see how they behave in my home.

Arturo and the water cleanup team was amazing. They were able to come out immediately and took care of the cleanup in our basement. This was only our second week in our new house so we were very overwhelmed and Arturo was great at making us feel like everything was under control. Hopefully we won’t have to use them again but we highly recommend them!

Cannot say how happy I am that Dylan Luthe, our technician, was able to help us! He worked for 3 hours (even past 5pm) to make sure we got our drains fixed! He was so polite and patient and informative. We live in an older house, which made for a tougher job but he smiled and kept a great attitude the entire time! He was also kind enough to give the bottom of my shower a scrub down to get the gunk from the water backup off! All-around, he was just so awesome. Thank you Dylan for saving the day. You have no idea how much this house of ladies appreciates you!

I had a drain shared between two baths that was clogged & left me in standing water after showering. I called to schedule a time and was told 3-5 but they would call before they sent someone to my address. I got a call at around 4:15 letting me know someone was on the way, and there were technicians at my door less than 10 minutes later. I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff & Kevin. They were polite, professional & fixed our issue quickly! Very thankful for their service & highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

We are so pleased with the work Kirby did to fix our clogged washer drain. He was at our house in less than 24 hours and was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Definitely recommend Kirby and Roto-Rooter for any of your plumbing issues.

My husband and I had a great experience using Roto-Rooter during a very stressful time with a main water line issue at our house, in which our laundry room and bathrooms were actively flooding. I was put in touch with Sarah Dent, who went above and beyond to help get our issue resolved. She was prompt in her responses and was able to have someone out to our house asap to get everything taken care of. The level of customer service we received should absolutely be recognized. We will not forget how easy she made everything for us! Thank you all for being the best!

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Kirby and Dylan.
I couldn't run water in the kitchen because it backed up in the bathroom sink. They were able to figure out the labyrinth of messed-up pipes and get the problem resolved. I had two collapsed pipes.
It took two long days; they had to jackhammer the floors in both kitchen and bathroom as my house is on a concrete slab.
They were both patient and professional, polite and respectful.
I would definitely call Roto Rooter again.

The problem I had - my water bill unexpectedly shot up several hundred dollars so it was an assumed leak. They came in and replaced the fill valve on a toilet which was causing the issue and he checked the meter and everything when he was done. A bonus - I needed new pipes for my water heater and he did that while he was here. Very professional, clean, and friendly.

I contacted Roto-Rooter Lexington, KY to locate a septic tank and within five minutes the appoint was set and text messages kept me up to date on my service call. John, the technician, arrived as planned and was courteous, professional and located the tank within minutes. After I mentioned an issue of standing water under the house, John discovered a leaking pipe and quickly fixed that the problem as well as fixing a leaking basement sink that I had turned off a year ago. From my initial call through completion of repairs, the office staff and John, were extremely professional and I will be a repeat customer any time I have any plumbing issue.

Plumber was polite and friendly. He explained the problem and what he did to resolve it. Will definitely use Roto-Rooter again.

Zach came by at 130 to help solve a sudden sewer backup problem at our house and stayed until 415 to ensure the pipe was clean and draining properly. He used a camera before and after auguring so he could give us a more detailed diagnosis of the problem. We are hiring him to come back next week to install a clean out in the front yard so he can hydrojet the entire line to ensure the rust and mud in the old cast iron pipe is fully resolved. Exceptional and thorough service and exceptionally courteous! Roto rooter is lucky to have him on their crew!

We called Roto Rooter to pull water out of our flooded basement. The person scheduling the call assured me that the company has pumps to accommodate 6 inches of water and can take that out onto their trucks (exact words). However, the technician who came, clearly did not want to undertake the job saying that it will take a long time, his truck will not be able to handle the water, and he has family obligations. He questioned the urgency of having water pumped out of a very flooded basement and promised to call a colleague who could do it. The colleague never arrived, while the technician was ready to leave without letting me know about any of the plans. When asked, he said that the person who was scheduling the call would come. She did not come, but she did call back and it became very clear that if all I needed was water pumped out an unfinished basement then this job is not worth the company's time and effort. She in fact said that Roto Rooter may not be the company we want, when I mentioned that we already had a restoration company waiting to come in once the basement is free of water. I had choice words for the technician - a young person who is clearly taught to mind the $$ and his personal comfort, but not the needs of the customer and general human kindness. As to the scheduler - she should know that floods are traumatic as is and one does not need false advertisements of help.

The response was exactly as promised. The tech, David, seemed to know his stuff and was great at explaining the issues. Highly recommend.

I have used Roto-Rooter several times now and have had great experiences each time. I have used them for unclogging a drain to putting in a lift station to reroute a kitchen drain that collapsed under a slab foundation. The technicians (Kevin, Zach, and Brian) have been competent and a pleasure to work with. When I needed a drain unclogged again under warranty there was no arguing or complaining from either the office or the technicians.

Comprehensive help. After getting new pipes installed previously by Dauenhauer Plumbing, I had a horrible sewer smell in my bathroom. Dauenhauers work didn’t seem right, and they wanted to replace my water heater although I didn’t think that would solve my sewer smell problem. They told me the water heater was the likely cause and barely investigated. So I called Roto-Rooter and guess what? They found the source of the smell (which was not the water heater) and fixed it quickly. I wish I had called them sooner. My plumber was thorough in investigating the problem , empathetic, patient and explained things to me in a way I could understand so that I could make informed decisions and understand the problem and how/why the proposed solution would fix it. I highly recommend for big and small jobs. I doubt I’ll ever use anyone else now for future plumbing needs. They left the workspace clean and didn’t leave anything for me to have to clean up or deal with after the work.

The gentleman was very informative and straightforward with the cost and also how much to get the repairs done that we're going to need to have going forward with the new water lines and everything. Deeply appreciate the honesty
