I haven’t used this business but they really need to make sure their employees can actually drive safely. Truck number 6813 was weaving in and out of traffic and almost ran me off the road this morning.

Have used them through our home warranty company and they have been great. Sump pump and hot water heater work. Would recommend for sure.

This company claims to be a quality company, but I got nothing of the sort! A older guy and a younger guy shows up to see why my drain isn't draining correctly. The hardly said a few words before they got started snaking the pipe. Which is fine you know what your doing then okay. But about five minutes in I hear what sounds like a water pipe bursting. They say nothing, then the younger guy heads straight for my front door with wet shoes marches strait out to the truck where he stayed, only making the comment that "he needs some old towels. My mind is racing..... So I get the order guy some and about five minutes later he come up and says "Did he get the Money?" Not saying anything about what he did! As they leave I go down stairs to the bathroom that has water all over the walls and ceiling. I'm so serious! They got the puddle of water up but water was all over everything. I've been cleaning it up now for 20 minutes! Do yourself a favor and never use this company! I have also called the warranty company and told the. This should never happen to anyone!

My job was originally estimated as a 4 to 5 hour job. In the end it only took 2 1/2 hours. The work itself was well done, but they gave a estimate based on twice the time it actually took to complete. So, don't call these guys unless you like to overpay. They screwed me out of about 300 bucks. And left a mess as well, but they did sweep.

Was told final check was sent, not received, called AGAIN, didn't send, supposedly sent AGAIN Wednesday, and STILL no check. 14 days according to state to receive final check, Monday, I guess we will be making some phone calls. Won't return phone calls, won't respond to messages. Sound like a trustworthy company??
Sent home early many times bc no work then given ultimatum in an emergency to stay or turn in keys. Was told if I didn't turn keys in DURING THE EMERGENCY, that money would be illegally deducted from my final check, for them to pick the truck up from my residence. All they had to do was literally wait for me to get back from the hospital, and bc I quit, I would have GLADLY taken the truck in.

Petty and ridiculous!! Still waiting for my two last, hard earned, shortened due to having no work, checks! !

This company gets a 5 star rating! Professional...efficient and their service men were beyond kind and patient. They went above and beyond from the time I made the call...talked to secretary and then the Manager. Everyone was helpful and made sure I understood my options. Highly recommend and sincere thanks for a job well done.

Chris M did a great job! He took the time to make sure the job was done right,and was kind enough to open up my wall in a way that it would be easy for me to patch. He not only made sure the plumbing problem was fixed right and looked good when all the repairs were done. But he also took just a few extra minutes to open the wall where he had to work cleanly instead of just punching a hole in it. This made it easy for the area to be replaced and look good. He answered all my questions and did the work in a timely manner. I will be using them should I have any future plumbing problems.

Our water heater flooded the basement on Memorial Day. The following day, We called several business listed by the BBB and were told due to Covid 19 they were short handed and could not Support.
We called PSI and got the friendly voice of Derek that said, “Yes we can”! Within hours, they were at our door.
Derek and Jason installed the new water heater, cleaned the area and left everyone smiling. Great service, price and warranty.
