Anthony diagnosed the problem with our commode not being stable, replaced the flange and hardware, installed a new wax ring, and leveled the commode with shims.

What was thought to be a minor clog that would be relatively easily cleared turned out to be a much bigger task necessitating pipe removal and replacement. The technician worked diligently for several hours to get the job done. All in all, a very professional effort.

Our technician, Erick, was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing/why it was needed and answered all of my questions. He was called to help us with a clog in the sewer drainage pipe near the edge of our property line.

Fantastic work. We had a burst pipe. They were quick and able to come and fix the issue immediately. Found a low cost solution to a potentially huge problem.

I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing on a Sunday for a blockage . My technician arrived within a short period of time. Steve Smith was very professional and explained this issue I had very clearly.The blockage was resolved quickly. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

Called after hours and was greeted with a friendly hello and the employee who came out to our house was outstanding. Dean was so positive, helpful, and helped resolve our issue immediately. The tech was very knowledgeable and efficient. The work was done in a timely manner, especially considering how old my house is. My water heater is way past due for replacing so I will definitely call them back when the time comes.

Our water heater went out, made the call and Mr. Rooter was there within an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Dean checked our water heater determined our 10 year old heater needs to be replaced.

He came back at 10:00am on a Sunday (no upcharge)! Had the new gas water heater installed within a few hours. Price was right in the middle of what google said it should be.

I can’t say enough about the fantastic service Mr. Rooter and Dean especially provided. Truly exceeded all expectations! If I could give 10 stars I would!

We had work done almost a year ago and was given an estimate for some other projects we needed done. I called and scheduled an appointment. Anthony Rubin, came to the house and got us all straightened out. He removed a water softening system and replaced an emergency shut off valve to the hot water heater. He also put a downward slope on my kitchen sink pipe leading to the main stack. The price was fair and my husband I could not be happier! Thank you, Mr. Rooter, for having knowledgeable and efficient employees who are always a pleasure to work with!

Our tech, Steve, was terrific. Explained everything clearly and went over all of the work with me upon completion of new water heater installation. Never any surprises with the company, which is a relief, and efficient, quality work.

I have had a number of outstanding and professional repairs from this company. I can honesty say this as another company had done pitiful work and resulted in massive plumbing rework! The crews/personal from the company are extremely, honest and as I have already stated PROFESSIONAL! They did not take short cuts and anything that was found to be done incorrectly by the other plumber was pointed out and backed up by very good and solid information! The Richmond main office has a great staff, every one kind, willing to assist and deliver their work as promised! Also the work they do is well documented and is a very good reference if any other future issues come up. Now non of their work has had to be done over. The House Fire that I had required substantial Plumbing installed as Wildcat construction which I do not recommend working with his subcontractor did the exact opposite by performing massive short cuts, not installing plumbing correctly costing me much over $10,000 to fix and repair that does not include cost of dry wall we had to tear down to get to the pipes that were missing and also hanging loose. This company installed two Hot Water heaters in Serial instead of Parallel which desegregated our hot water supply and the longevity of the Hot Water heaters. Mr. Rooter completely re fixed the work that the other company did incorrectly even after they reset the Heaters in parallel! Great work Mr. Rooter and Staff of Richmond! Thank you for standing behind your work!

Steve was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did 5 times the work of a previous plumber but charged $300 less. He had to redo the work of several previous plumbers in addition to new work. He did a tidy job of caulking and cleaned up after-ward. I'll ask for him next time.

I can’t say enough good things about these people! From Amanda who worked to accommodate my schedule to Alan Maynard and his expertise replacing the water line, they are all kind, courteous and a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend them and will use them in the future!! Amazing team!!

Lora and her team are absolutely first class. Earlier this year we had our main waterline break down by the street and Mr. Rooter took care of what was a very hectic and stressful situation with KAW, and got our water back even when it was absolutely freezing outside. They even went above and beyond as I know my project must’ve been very straining for their schedule as Kentucky American changed around our dates two or three times. Very appreciative for their team and the work they did and anytime I have met them in person I have found them to be very very kind and personable. Great team and a great asset to have here in central Kentucky. Highly recommend!

Scheduling was quick and easy. I received a call back after my online request within an hour and was on the schedule for the next day. The people I talked to on the phone were incredibly friendly. The pro they sent was SO nice, patient with my lack of plumbing knowledge. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and didn’t rush me at all. They’re a bit more expensive but I think that’s to be expected of a larger reputable corporation. Service was excellent.

Kevin was the highlight of the visit. Good at explaining what he was doing. Clean and cautious. Same day service was great.
Kevin also made it possible to swallow the expensive taste of toilet repair. (They have to remove the toilet rather than just use a snake!)
Overall, it was a smooth repair so I took 1 Star off for the price.
