The company I work for has used Fayette Plumbing HVAC for installation and service at our commercial properties for years. Always pleased with their prompt, knowledgeable and reliable technicians, responsive communication system, and very professional work. Would highly recommend Fayette Plumbing HVAC for all commercial and residential needs!

You guys at Fayette Plumbing and HVAC are real professionals! I can’t tell you how difficult it is to find a plumbing company that is as proficient and as efficient as these fellows. In fact, I tell you the truth, I had mailed their checks to plumbing companies elsewhere and couldn’t understand why they were always returning them, and then I found out that I was mailing them to the wrong company and Fayette Plumbing, an HVAC was extraordinarily patient with my lateness with the payment.

These guys are pros.

Scott and his crew are extremely responsive and do an amazing job to help maintain and fix your HVAC systems. They take the time to diagnosis and make proper recommendations.

I highly recommend Fayette plumbing, heating, & air. Chris S., my service person, went above and beyond the call of duty. He was very courteous and his mannerisms were very professional. He had my leak and other things fixed in know time at all. Without a doubt I definitely would call them again.

The absolute best in the city, by far. Own a restaurant in town and had some issues with our heat, Fayette Plumbing & HVAC responded quickly, resolved the issue quickly, and made everything incredibly easy so I can focus on the business. 10/10, would recommend them to anyone, residential and/or commercial.

Very courteous, professional, and skilled. Arrived on time and worked efficiently to diagnose the problem and complete the job. Provided explanation of problem and an estimate of cost. Very reasonable charges for services. I have been a long time customer and have never been disappointed.

I would give 6 stars if possible. Gas furnace went out on a Saturday. Go ahold of Fayette Pluming and HVAC Sunday. They had a tech at my place Monday morning at 8am. System was running again by 9 and a replacement part was put in Thursday morning as a precaution. They sent text and email notifications on arrival times which was very helpful. Payment via email was very easy. The tech they sent, Seth, was very knowledgeable, communicated well and made the process very simple. Great job to everyone on getting my furnace up and running. That was great service!

We called Fayette Plumbing and heating to fix a few issue were were having with our air flow and heating ducts. I contacted Hannah on Monday and she was aweseome!! Freindly and quick we had an appointment the next day, at 8am.
They sent a tech names Seth to our house to look it over. Seth was absolutley fantastic. He was polite, professional, courteous and made us feel comfortable. More importantly he fixed all of our issues within a few hours. The price was super reasonable! If you need an HVAC company, call Fayette Plumbing and Heating. They are the best!

The crew did an exceptional job installing a tankless gas water heater! They explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable about the product. They didn’t try to oversell and did a thorough job walk-through to make sure the product was right for us and our home. During the conversion and install the crew was very professional and extremely respectful of us and our home. I would recommend Fayette Plumbing, Heating & Air to anyone for any size job! We would definitely do business with them again!

Repairs on my AC with this company were stellar! Seth was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They were quick to get me scheduled and arrived early. Great company ! From my first interaction with the owner I had a great impression . The installation crew for my mini split unit in the garage was prompt , courteous , professional and tidy . They have my business going forward without hesitation .

Although I have had Fayette Plumbing and HVAC for the HVAC service, this was my first experience with the plumbing side, and I was equally impressed! Chris was great-timely, pleasant and professional. He had the problems diagnosed and fixed efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. He explained what he did and made sure I was satisfied with everything before he left. Plus, I thought the charge was very reasonable. I will continue to be a loyal customer! Thank you!

Chris was a wonderful technician. Extremely professional and knowledgable. He explained why our water heater and sink were running the way they were. Best of all he fixed both of the issues. I would highly recommend Chris and Fayette Plumbing & HVAC.

Great service. Within 45 minutes of my phone call there was a plumber named Chris at my door who was friendly and courteous. He fixed the leak under my sink and the water dripping on the other side of the wall from the outdoor faucet. He also fixed a problem with one of my commodes in no time that I hadn’t originally called about. I would definitely call Fayette Plumbing again if I had another problem and would confidently recommend them to my friends.

We started using Fayette Plumbing & HVAC earlier this year when one of our units stopped working (after it first got hot). Seth came out quickly and was very detailed and thorough in troubleshooting the issue. Thankfully, it turned out to be a small thing. We signed up for their spring/fall maintenance program to ensure everything is operating the way it should. We just had our first maintenance service and we were happy to see Seth again. His customer service is great, he explained in ways that make sense what he did to ensure everything is running smoothly, and even gave us some tips to get the most out of our system from an efficiency perspective. Highly recommend this team. They hire really great people who care about their customers and take that extra time to ensure you’re taken care of.

I've used Fayette Plumbing & HVAC on my personal home and rental properties and they are amazing to deal with. Very fast customer service, honest recommendations and they're not just interested in making a sale but taking care of the customers' best interest. I would highly recommend using this company. Make sure you don't confuse the name with other similarly named HVAC companies in town. This is the place to use!
