We had an emergency plumbing situation were our pipes were leaking & we had to shut off our water. It was going to be really cold again that night so we were really stressing out about our water being shut off due to the leak and the possibilty of our pipes freezing up. We called around to MANY local places & we couldn't find anyone that could come out the same day until we called Mr Rooters Plumbing. They were able to send a guy to our house in 30 mins or less. Our plumbers name was Anthony R. and he was very polite, proffesional, and thorough! He got the leak fixed and got our water back on in no time! He also found some other issues in the process that we were not even aware of and luckily we were able to get those fixed as well!

I'd also like to note that the lady on the phone that initially scheduled the appt for us was very empathetic and helpful as well! Recommend!

Mr. Rooter tackles the toughest jobs and has the experience one can trust. Customer service is top quality. The technicians are very experienced, knowledgeable and professional. They answer questions, walk one through the process that builds confidence in solution. I would not hesitate to call them again. Doug, (unclog main line), Erik, (camera and analysis), Alan and Shawn experienced install guys, a team all super talented!

Dylan is a great Technician! Polite and knowledgable, you should promote him fast! Great job. Reasonably priced and less than 2 hours on site. Would use them again, no questions asked.

Trever was perfect! We had tried everything we could think of and nothing worked. Maybe because it wasn’t where we thought it was. But it’s fixed and all’s great. We greatly appreciate his help. Thank you. Plus, he’s a very nice guy.

I live in an 125 year old home that had the old clay pipes. This was a huge undertaking to replace all of these with PVC. The professionalism of Alan, Colby and Joe was very much appreciated. They answered all of my questions. They left the area well backfilled and covered with straw. I also appreciated Trevor Smith, who first came to diagnose the problem and suggest solutions. He also answered questions thoroughly. I highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience from initial call on one day to follow up the next day. The pro who did my work, Steve Smith, explained what was probably going on and possible solutions.Luckily, the smell from the tubing from dishwasher to disposal was a simple fix.

We recently encountered an erosion problem near our driveway caused by a severe clogged drainage line that was installed when the house was built 35 years sgo. The contractor or workers who built the house placed a corrugated drainage line across the driveway before the cement driveway was poured. Eventually, the line became clogged with sediment. The only solution was to dig a new trench line to add PVC pipe to a 2nd downspout. The Mr. Rooter (Kevin) guys did a careful and good job creating a solution to my erosion problem.

My experience with Fayette Plumbing and HVAC during this heat wave was most rewarding. They came to my summons the very next day after my call. The two young men who quickly analyzed the problem were very courteous and professional. And when an issue arose with the air conditioner which would have been my responsibility to adjust but difficult for me to do because of my age, they pitched in with a good will to assist me. I am very grateful! It was 95 degrees which my AC went out, and I immediately thought, "Now I am in for it." But because of the quick response and expertise of Fayette Plumbing, all is well. Actually, I have been using the services of Fayette Plumbing for many, many years and they have always met the highest standards of service and responsibility. Lexington is fortunate to have a company of such caliber.

Can you give negative stars? This is the most unprofessional company I have dealt with in years. Never mind they don't make appointment times like the last review. They never call back to set a time! If my issue were not a home warranty claim I would have shot myself before using them. On the positive side, Ken Tyson Plumbing will be the contractor I call in the future!

Fayette Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning has been to our house multiple times for the same issue. If we werent locked into using them for this problem (previous home owners are paying and use this company) I would absolutely go somewhere else. Not only is the issue not fixed but they have mediocre, and in some cases poor, customer service. The latest appointment I scheduled, I was told they couldnt set a time but would try to make it out. I then got a phone call from the plumber who was clearly unhappy that no one was at the house to let him in! Luckily my husband could rush over and open the door. Overall, very unhappy with this whole experience. The only reason this is a 2 star and not a one is that the gentleman who answers the phone is very pleasant.

Everything about this company screams value, family, honesty, and integrity. They are so completely professional and filled with the love of God that it is an energy you just rarely experience anymore. Chris and Chris have come out for repairs multiple times and have always ALWAYS ALWAYS been such a warm kind extremely knowledgable exceptional team of professionals! They come with smiles, laughter, and good cheer - which is just unheard of no-a-day's but SO NEEDED! They are INDEED the EXPERTS! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. And in my most humbled opinion, should be cloned :) This is by far the best company to have come in and help you with your plumbing and HVAC break downs or concerns. They are thorough, and just so wise, it made me feel wonderful knowing they were the one's helping my family. Don't look any further, you already found the best!!

Chris gave me a call letting me know he was on his way, unclogged a sewer drain that was backing up into my garage and made sure it was draining correctly before he left.

I had an issue with my upstairs unit a few months back. They came out, diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it. They even changed out my filters and left two additional filters there for future use! The service was extremely professional and the unit is still running perfectly!

Fayette Plumbing installed our dishwasher, water heater, and fixed a slow leak for us. They were professional and affordable. We will be sure to call them again if we ever need them!

I have used this company on several very large home projects and one big industrial project. They have always been knowledgeable and professional and their work is great. It is rare that I recommend a contractor, but would definitely recommend these guys.

On our installation, they were extremely professional and courteous during the entire process and out of 4 quotes from 4 different companies, they were by far the best value. We had one follow up call approx 12 months after installation (clogged drain). We called around 5pm on a Friday and they were at our house by 6:30! Mikael is the best in the business! We wouldn’t think of calling anyone else!

Scott and Fayette Plumbing & HVAC have the highest level of integrity and dedication to customer care I have ever seen in any business. We had a thorny issue with our HVAC manufacturer due to a factory defect. Even though a different company had done the install and before we had even scheduled the work for a replacement part, Scott advocated long and hard for us, well beyond what the majority of others in the industry would have done. His hard work saved a large amount of money for our family. We are extremely grateful to him and his team. This is the only HVAC business we recommend to our friends.
