Scott Webster and his team at Fayette Plumbing and HVAC really came through for us, our furnace shut off during 0 degree temps and they came first thing in the morning. They were very honest in only charging us for what turned out to be a quick fix, we will definitely be returning customers!

We had a great experience with Fayette Plumbing & HVAC. Technicians were knowledgeable, showed up early, and were very respectful of our home. They were also professional and thought outside the box to solve our plumbing issues. Will definitely use them again.

Plumber showed up on time, was courteous, thorough in finding and solving the problem, and fixed it perfectly. We will certainly use Fayette Plumbing and HVAC again, and recommend them highly!

Initially, AVAC system installed 10/2022. We elected to have FHS do the work since work performed on our plumbing was excellent. Then even against advice from friends and family we decided to have FHS installed the HVAC. Not until March/April 2023 did we attempt to use the HVAC. If failed to turn on. Reason: algae plugged a drain which prohibits a float switch to permit the HVAC system to work. The system should not have had algae since we had never turned it on till 6 months later. Five times or more till May 2024 we continued to have this issue. Cost to date was $450.04 to temporarily address issue. FHS said we needed to purchase a $90 tablet every 3/4 months to prevent this from happening. The one time we did, it became plugged up within 7 weeks. Furthermore, we paid for "Comfy House Inspection" fee of $19.95 each month with assurances to address any issue with plumbing, heating, & air conditioning. No time in this period was there another countermeasure suggested to fix our problem. This last time in May 2024 the technician said our return had fell off the HVAC system & another flex line had become detached. Tried to work with FHS, they failed to contact us within a week of emailing and calling. FOOTNOTE: all duct work is not covered under the warrantee only the hardware for cooling. Today, we cancelled comfy house and using those monies to pay another HVAC company to fix their mistakes & bilking us for money with a sham scheme to sell you algae tables which were never disclosed to us before our purchase. They can not be trusted to do the smallest of the right things, so how should you trust them to do the bigger thing. Listen to friends and neighbors, call around, get quotes, ask questions and just maybe you won't be hoodwinked like we were. Most of all insure the warranty covers not only the hardware but the supporting items that should be covered for more than 30 days from installation. By the way, the last 5 star ratings they managed to receive were in 2021.

The guys that came out were incredibly professional, quick, and great to have around. For context, this Easter, on one of the first warm days we have had this year, our HVAC gave out while we had family over. We were roasting in the house like a turkey in the oven. They inspected the next day, and got us on the schedule super quick. Thank you all for the help. The new system cooled the house down way quicker than we expected.

House was getting cold after our heat went out with it 15 degrees outside and Fayette Heating was here within 45 minutes and had it fixed in an hour. Definitely would call them again.

We had an emergency air conditioner issue in the heat of the summer. We called and spoke to Jennifer. She was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. She got a repair technician out very quickly. The repair person Kurtis was very professional, did a thorough system diagnostic, found the issue, explained it to us, and after we agreed he ordered the part immediately. We had a such great experience that by we signed up for the maintenance HVAC program called Club Blue. I highly recommend calling Jennifer if you have any heating or ac needs!

I have used Fayette Plumbing and HVAC for my HVAC systems and for my new water heater. During the installation of my new water heater it was discovered my water pressure was too high. This was a problem that started with the construction of my house 21 years ago.The guys came out and made the necessary adjustments in a timely manner. I am so pleased with the service I have received from this company. I will certainly use them again in the future if a need arises and I give them my highest recommendation.

I cannot say enough about this company. They have sent the most competent crew members to our home. The receptionist (Jennifer?) has gone out of their way to schedule getting life back in order each time. Our experiences now include HVAC and water heater care or replacements. They always given us all the options without the pressure sell and made us feel secure that we were getting the best equipment for our home. Meanwhile, on one particular occasion, the work had to be done while my elder mother was the only receiving person at home. She was made utterly at ease. I have heard of their Club Blue subscription and need to sign up.

Kyle and Jared were both world class servicemen and Jennifer is beyond remarkable and setting the schedules and keeping everything synchronized.

Kyle has completed a few service calls to my residence as I have been renovating my home. His levels of commitment, professionalism, and skill never disappoint.

Jared was equally knowledgeable and conscientious when he came and did the finish work on the recent shower install.

I simply cannot give high enough accolades to this company. The culture of this company is world class and this is no accident. Scott (owner), James and Brian (managers) have built a culture of competence and care.

I called them at 730am Monday morning, Seth was at my house within an hour. Found a leak in some copper lines, repaired the leak, refilled refrigerant. I have AC and heat now. They were wrapped up and done by 1030am. The pricing was very reasonable. Extremely pleased with their work.

What great service from the team, Brian, Kendal and Kyle. They coordinated service to allow us to have a water heater replaced same day by having the right heater already on the truck at the time of initial

Ryan was so friendly and outgoing. He made sure I understood what was going on with the furnace. Gave recommendations without forcing them. He was pleasant to work with and glad he was our tech today!

The first tech that came out was ready to cut into my wall leaving me with a mess to figure out. AUSTIN M. was sent out the next day to relook at my situation and the first words out of his mouth was the solution that would fix the situation without my home interior looking messed up. Justin and Ryan with Dauenhauer have been the best! I have had an issue with my unit for litterally years and no other technicians have been able to figure it out.

It was tricky because the unit would only occasionally have the issue. Justin came out to do an evaluation initially and worked overtime testing everything that it could possibly be, even calling Ryan for help. The next visit they both came over and very quickly fixed the issue!

Justin came back a second time after they fixed the initial issue to double check everything- and even found that my indoor garage unit was not sealed properly (something that no other technician has taken the time to notice) he then sealed it up and even created a small door to help me access my filter (while keeping it sealed).

This is the first time my house has ever been warm in the winter. Both Justin and Ryan had to think outside the box to help find the issue. I hope whoever reads this from Dauenhauer gives them both a raise!

During the recent winter storms, we had several pipes freeze. I managed to thaw them myself, but in the process I inadvertently knocked a pipe loose from its fitting, causing a small leak.

Although not an emergency, I wanted to get it fixed before it became a real problem. Given the situation with the weather, I made it clear that this was not an emergency and there was no major rush to get someone out. I expected it to be a week or more before someone could take a look.

Within two days of my call, a plumber was at my house and had it fixed within the hour. Pricing was very reasonable and the plumber was very professional.

Will be using Dauenhauer for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Had plumbing issue. From scheduling to repair was smooth and less than the other larger home service company who does the same trades plus garage doors. Dauenhauer was cheaper than the first company I had to pay for repair (who did not warranty their work), so I had to pay again to have someone else fix (this time there is a warranty). Warranty is the company standing behind their craftsmanship and work. Don't pay more for less with another guy.

Brian responded to our concerns that there was a gas leak in the line to the water heater as told to us by LGE. Upon checking he said there was no leak and to call LGE again and he stayed while we called LGE to make sure they understood the situation. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and reassured us that all was working correctly.
