The technician had come to replace my water heater due to I had no hot water. He check for leaks and checked my water heater was fine. He fixed my busted water line was very knowledgeable and explain more to me of the care going forward in this winter season. He was quick in getting my leak fixed. Thank you !!

Amazing, just simply amazing!! Kind, courteous, sense of humor and respectful, and MOST IMPORTANTLY - he KNEW EXACTLY "what was up" after inspecting the problem. And, an added bonus - VERY conscientious of us and did his best, within his power, to make it as affordable as possible for my wife and I. We are SOOO VERY THANKFUL!!!!! Benjamin Zhuk come out and replaced our water heater and did an excellent job swapping them out. He was on time and took great care not to damage anything. He also cleaned up the area and made sure everything was cleaned up. He also made sure everything was working and there was no leaks and that the water heater was heating up and working fine. He was very polite and clean cut and did an excellent job.

Dauenhauer was excellent as always. I thought I heard a pipe leak last evening and they were able to come out this morning to fix it. Excellent work, fast, and fairly priced. Jimmy was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and took great care of the space. THANK YOU!

Mr. Delahney and his apprentice work quickly & efficiently on my basement electrical rebuild. Mr.Delahney explains in details every step(s) & next step(s) in ways a non electrical person can understand. A real knowledgable professional, & cleans up after themselves. Ryan arrived at my home promptly during the appointment window. Since I was a new customer, he gave me a discount. He did an excellent job clearing my kitchen sink drain. He cleaned up everything even asking for cleaner to clean my floor and the cabinet my pipes were in. Dauenhauer will be my new plumber for life. I would highly recommend them. It was a Sunday and several other plumbers add on 150.00 because it is a weekend. Dauenhauer does not do this. The price was excellent and Ryan did an excellent job!!

Our technician, Layne, was awesome. Can't say enough good things about the service he provided and the job he did. He is very conscientious and friendly. He spent extra time making sure he thoroughly cleaned out my dryer vent and also cleaning up any mess he made while doing this.
He explained what he was doing as he worked. This was very helpful.
I am also impressed at how quickly I was able to get an appointment and the communication that Dauenhauer provided the entire time.

We’ve had a great experience with Dauenhauer Plumbing every time. We’ve had our water heater replaced, two toilets replaced, and most recently a potential pipe leak investigated. Ryan has come to our house multiple times now and is great to work with. Our potential leak turned out to not be a plumbing issue, so he provided a great recommendation for a company that could better help us this time around. Even though we don’t need their services for this issue, I am glad we had Ryan come out to help diagnose.

The repair people were prompt, personable and worked quickly and efficiently. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a job well done. I need a copy of the invoice showing what was done, amount paid and confirms the leak, for utilities companies. Thanks again. Having a nice hot shower means so much!

Both techs were extremely helpful and explained what they thought was going on very thoroughly. They were also insightful as to treatment options and possible pitfalls. Installed and done in less than 5 hours from start to beginning. And…didn’t have to wait forever , they were on time as well. These

The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He performed the work in a professional and timely manner. The office staff were also friendly, professional and helpful. The price could have been better, but the service and repair were impeccable, so even though it was a first-rate price I did get first-rate service. This is the second time I have used Dauenhauer and I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

The reason why I'm giving this a low rating has to do with lack of follow up and accountability by management.

On January 2 Dauenhauer sent John to work on the drainage issue in my kitchen. John seemed like a nice guy but may not be the most experienced - the snake machine that he was using caused damage to my hardwood floor when he forgot to put a towel or rag underneath it. John apologized and informed me that a manager would be calling me. He also didn't have much luck with the drainage so they called in Ryan who was more experienced. Ryan noticed a leak in the drainage pipe so requested that I call a plumber to fix that before they continued. I took care of the leaking pipe, and on Tuesday, January 6 Ryan came back and successfully resolved the drainage problem. Ryan was great - I appreciated his resilience and effort, and for taking time to answer all of my questions.

Before Ryan left he informed me that the general manager would be calling me about the damage to the floor. I also spoke on several occasions with Derek on the phone who said that he forwarded the photo of the floor damage to the manager and that this person would be calling me. It's been over two weeks since that initial visit when the damage occurred and no one has followed up with a phone call.

Please do the right thing and take care of your customers when accidents like this happen.

First time using Dauenhauer and the experience was better than I could have asked for! I appreciated the expertise as well as the personality of my technician, Shawn. The customer service of the ladies I talked to while making my appointment was also really awesome. Great experience! Definitely recommend!

My plumber was great! I had some grease build up and he got it taken care of immediately and had our sink operational again in no time. They are by far the best plumbing company in Lexington. I won’t use any body else.

My hvac tech was friendly and friendly and professional and was in and out. He even went as far as talking to my Vivant rep because the issue was partly due to my Vivant thermostat settings. He was great. I will definitely use this company for all future needs.

First off I'd like to say I had 2 other estimates from 2 different companies and chose Dauenhauer specifically due to Ethan Robinson and his professional and respectful nature,I had a old cast iron cleanout taken out and had a two way cleanout installed in my yard for better acess in case anything ever happens, Ethan and his crew were very friendly and done a great job including the clean up after the job was completed, I would highly recommend Ethan and will be contacting him again soon.. Even Kim Mattingly was very helpful and friendly when I called and had questions. Choose Dauenhauer for all your Hvac,plumbing are heating and air needs,GREAT SERVICE

Donivan is an excellent technician. He was friendly and respectful. It took over 3 hours in total to repair bathtub drain and replace an old pipe. The total cost was disclosed upfront. I highly recommend Daunhauer Plumbing.

Ryan was a very nice guy. We had a main line clog that thankfully we caught early. We contacted Dauenhauer plumbing. The receptionist was friendly. We had a technician (Ryan) show up to the house within 2 hours of the initial call. Ryan was a nice guy. He was friendly, and answered all my questions. The best thing was he solved the issue. Minus 1 star for price of service. But for everything else a 5 for sure.

Ryan Lawrence Did great on replacing the sensor. The sensor was pricey but he was efficient on getting the job done. He check the vents and change the filter while checking 🙂 … I hope this fixes the issue since I’ve had someone else come and clean the old sensor that goes off frequently and just kept adding up so I guess it was due for a replacement

I called a Dauenhauer on a Saturday for an emergency that was a gas leak.
I was grateful that they prioritized my call and where on site quickly. However, the Daunhauser plumber told me it was going to cost $980
To “rebuild” a flex line from the HVAC
To the gas line. The flex line turned out to be a
Less than 2 feet with some connections. After I questioned the time and cost, he was kind enough to reduce my bill to $647. Judge for yourself…..
